They have a large house for sale on Ranmoor Road at over a Million, not bad for acompany that was capped at 3m afew days ago. I don't know the situation with the Acres of land at Stannington or the offices at Dore.

Garth - This is the avenue within the current rumours that I have considered most likely, due mainly to the holdings of the Lomas family and the current derisory market valuation of this Company in relation to it's future prospects. Such a possibility may well have entered current discussions with Lloyds and Handelsbanken, but that is only conjecture as is all other rumoured possibilities. Interesting to note that Cavendish Asset Management added 200,00 shares three days ago. Regards CH.

perhaps, or back down to 10p if rumour is rubbished. very high risks, but could payout. I sold on small profit as small caps isn't my thing (have enough grey hair!), but good luck.

Gordon, I do not believe that this is a rise based simply in that 40p rumour. There has clearly been a sustained follow-through yesterday and today. There is no reason to be back to 10p. There are risks - but not "very high risks". The only risk IMO is short term and related to debt. That does not have to be repaid/rescheduled until 2012. They have said that there is a risk that covenants COULD be breached next year - but brokers have stated that things would have to get very much worse for that to happen. 10p (and 8p) was an absolute gift IMO.

We have changed chairman, CEO & FD. We have had a reorganisation and a market repositioning. Market cap dipped below £3m and is still under £10m. Prior to broker downgrades they were forecast to be making £6m in 2010. Millions of pounds worth of surplus property to be released. Any chance that we had a "no comment" comment from Directors is that an MBO was/is being considered?

Nearly 100,000 shares traded in the first 15 minutes. (Plus and main market). Most appear to be buys. I am at a loss as to what is causing this unless there is actually some truth in recent rumours.

wishiwasafatcat - some friendly advice, suggest you provide details or retract your post otherwise you could end up in trouble. It is illegal to deliberately try to mainpulate a companys share price by posting untrue information. I am not saying you are doing this, but just be careful - do you remember 10Group and the posters on this BB who were actually sued by the company?
