More selling and I think its coming from source. The directors really do need to update.

Only boring when the share price is falling. When rising its a point for good debate..

You've said all this before, so if you don't fancy RTO then just stay clear...each to there own. But keep posting same deramps is getting a bit boring!

dave4545 is 100% correct. There is no point in having your money tied up for months with no guarantee the RTO will go ahead. Even if it did there is no guarantee it will benefit you as all RTOs involve the issuance of new discount shares. In the case of DTE because it's a shell if an RTO does not materialise it will lead to a cancellation of the listing. With a near 50% slump in the share price the company needs to put out a reassuring statement.

What a silly post lol...RTO means nothing. You should really not be investing if you don't understand the value of an RTO.Unless your just jumping on the bandwagon to deramp this...then just carry on!

RTO's mean jack, it just means they get suspended and stay suspended for ages.

Everybody is pump and dumping and holding for hours, do you think even if this was suspended and came back 3 times higher people want their money tied up for 6 months or even years to get it.

99% cannot hold a stock 6 hours let alone 6 months, they will be terrified of their money stuck in a suspended stock

You have to ask yourself why isn't the person(s) dumping waiting for this fantastic news that's only a week away. The company talked about an RTO because it had no cash and couldn't issue any stock because the price was under the nominal value of 0.10p. This has now all changed as PIs piled in on RTO hopes raising the share price to 0.23p. With the share price now above 0.10p the company can do a straight placing at 0.10p then talk about looking for suitable acquisitions and forget about the RTO.

You just have to look at what MMs are doing here it's outrageous, it was an orchestrated drop, they dropped but won't let you any decent amount so NTs and eventually when they do offer they ask for premium (10-20%) over last buy price....it's a cat and mouse game. When expected news lands, PIs not buying at these levels are going to kick themselves big time, 0.13 can change in an instant!

I must try it more often if my posts can get me into a stock 24% cheaper than everybody else. There could be money to be made.

PW - it looks like you got the price down for cheap entry (early open dip) and now you're putting your feet up...trying to act like a Good Samaritan lol

Meant RTO news, why we assuming when BOD have said nothing otherwise...yes share price has retracted from 0.23 which is disappointing but as you know nothing goes up in a straight line!

Don't see why some are deramping this just before Market open, when they did say a few weeks which is around next week. Nothing has changed since.

I agree that optics look bad . The 0.65 p rns worked us a pump and has allowed people out at above nominal value of.01

No its the directors that should be struck off, teasing PIs with a conversion price of 0.65p knowing full well hundreds of millions of shares will be converted at the nominal price of 0.10p.

Yes but if they've fleeced PIs as they're doing at this very moment there is no longer any need to rush into anything even the RTO can now be shelved.

There is no reason why we shouldn't get regular updates as board keen to move forward at speed "we believe the Company to be well positioned for the immediate steps of securing a transaction. We expect to announce further updates on this process in the coming weeks"

I would also add new shares could not be issued prior to the RTO pumping news because the price was under the nominal value of 0.10p. If they continue to issue shares without corporate progress news 0.10p is where this is heading. PIs who bought in the 20s will lose half their money.

jimduggen, The Chesterfield loan is Geoffrey Dart, the Company arranged a placing to sell £630,500 of shares at 0.65p on behalf of Chesterfield (Geoffrey Dart) and in return Chesterfield (Geoffrey Dart) loaned the Company £500k at a 0.65p conversion.
So Chesterfield/Dart effectively took out £130,500 from the Company.
I wouldn't take the conversion price as anything more than he couldn't do anything else without having the regulators all over him.
More and more shares going to be issued all of which will dilute current holders to bits. Telling that one of Kevin's followers has used the pump to exit.
Caveat Emptor!

Yes clarification on this would be helpful.
I’ve worked out that circa £800k is owed to the funders. So we could be looking at 1.8billion shares in issue to settle it.
This needs to be an Arlington energy rto otherwise we could be in trouble
