No. GBP is the value in pounds which converts to 0.65p. It cannot be 0.065p because the nominal value is 0.10p and shares cannot be issued below the nominal value.

Read PWhite post min here is 0.1p. RTO came to play when MCap went to sub 200K.

The nominal is 0.1p. We will be creaming it all the way to 0.65p and beyond.

This is a buy and hold.

Such subscription to settle all balances due from the Company and to be settled by the issuance of shares at the earlier of (a) the approval of a prospectus, (b) the direction of the board of the Company and (c) 11 April 2023.
