All the parties want this RTO to complete, too much money on the table for them to walk away so presumably it will be completed tomorrow or at some point in the coming days you would presume.

Zen12 - They can sell shares at any price they just can't issue new shares lower than 0.10p. Indeed it appears they can't issue new shares at all now without a prospectus.
