I agree on the £75k for that was clearly stated in the RNS. Unless I missed it where does it mention the 128,132,190 shares.

Sorry but this is not a correct interpretation. The price of 0.1 was announced in the rns . £75k of debt converted . Dke have been quite transparent in this whatever other faults they may have!!

There actions should be reported to the FCA. Telling PI shareholders there's an RTO underway. PI shareholders purchase stock that was at 0.04p all the way up to 0.23p. The company then uses the higher price to sell nominal shares at 0.10p to clear debt and refinance the company whilst there is no sign of any reverse transactions. PIs who believed in the RTO story at 0.23p and still holding are left high and dry.

Consolidation has been staggering around 0.195, bid drops but ask still steady. Hardly any decent buys available for live quote on any weakness, so someone is hoovering these up and there is clearly order filling in the background as was the 10M purchase on the bell!

This is now 2-days straight of consolidation, and any slight weakness being bought straight back and bounce up. Monday very interesting, especially for those holding. Expect this to be very strong..
