13/11/2017 14:39 | News could land anytime and then it will be difficult to buy in size. I am using this quiet period to continuously add to my holding. | market master
13/11/2017 10:09 | Anyone else expecting some nice news here again | futuredlighter
09/11/2017 10:43 | I can hardly wait for the next news to break here on proposed 2nd deal. excited.com | futuredlighter
07/11/2017 14:20 | when this next news drops it will shoot up one deal - yeah looks good with good potential two deals - omg something is going on here three deals - right this is something special four, five, six MCAP of £20m BOOM | futuredlighter
07/11/2017 07:29 | Good to see 100% buys ( even though some buys are showing as sells due to spread ) since last Friday seems the traders are out and the investors remain and continue to add. | market master
06/11/2017 09:48 | Hi notable, It is my understanding that the lunch meeting last week was an informal affair with a dozen or so investors, and as you described was putting their story out to a wider audience. From the feedback I have had, they are being offered many opportunities and being approached by various HA's and it sounds like a case of picking the best ones, with the least risk that provides the most steady returns. I also understand, that it is their intention to pay a dividend north of 5% (apparently 10% was mentioned)and that, all things being equal, would be a target within 18 months. I guess we will know how well they are able to implement their plans if and when the second deal is announced, and if they provide some update with regard to their further pipeline. | arthurdaley69
03/11/2017 15:56 | Been some trade today giving a 6% gain. Still half term for some lucky people so maybe some buyers next week. | notable
03/11/2017 13:38 | nice notable would have expected a little more movement on share price if these brokers were impressed with the presentation. nothing on note today. i guess the update on the 1M return from first project will make a few sit up and take notice | futuredlighter
03/11/2017 12:54 | According to a mate of mine in The City, the board had a meeting with some brokers yesterday to give them a presentation of what they do and answer questions without making them insiders. He said some went in with thoughts it was a property developer or a REIT and this was cleared up that it is neither. They hold freehold of the properties they acquire, negate risk by having a very very long lease or agreement for one in place with a housing association which adds value to the property immediately and sell the lease for a one-off pile of cash which they can reinvest in growing the property portfolio. He said they explained that the selling of the income to big institutions for a nice pile of cash is the number one priority, the lift in teh value of the properties over the years is a bonus. | notable
01/11/2017 07:18 | Considering they're going to make around £1m profit on first deal alone and expect to do deals between £100m to £200m in first 18 months the mcap is ridiculously under valued. Many don't realise that this stock is listed on main market and not aim. | market master
31/10/2017 20:40 | Honestly the more I talk to people the more this is a cert. It is very very quiet but I do think with a little research one would realise where this is going. How long it takes is already stated by the Board. Less than 12 months now | futuredlighter
31/10/2017 11:44 | Thanks, appreciate that | market master
31/10/2017 11:05 | your wish is my command!! | arthurdaley69
31/10/2017 10:18 | Arthur yeah I agree it's a great time to load up whilst DKE is under the radar. Any chance you could put some charts in the header? | market master
31/10/2017 10:14 | Thanks for that market master; whilst I think talk of 2p is premature, they have delivered over-and-above what they promised at the time of flotation and their first deal is going to bring in over £1m of profits, for a company with a market cap of £1.5m. The biggest issue for this company is its low profile; too small for many "real" investors, and a narrow free-float. That is a double-edged sword both when it ticks-down and when it ticks-up, with over-exaggerated swings. That said, I understand the company is making efforts to tell its story to a wider audience, and hopefully with further announcements on deals, we can all look forward to a bright future. | arthurdaley69
30/10/2017 10:14 | From latest broker research note: | market master
30/10/2017 09:12 | Spoke to a colleague of mine over the weekend about the strategy being applied here. he works in the social care market in fact he runs one of the type of properties that DKE have purchased. he was clear to me that this was a banker. if they do it right they will be worth a fortune. he mentioned someone similar and that they currently own 100s of properties | futuredlighter
29/10/2017 09:30 | Got a gut feeling that this will move back to mid 50s this week before the big news of 2nd deal and announcement of 3rd potentialWhich means great returns for anyone who bought into this massive dip . | futuredlighter
26/10/2017 13:48 | there certainly has been selling interest...but there was no stock earlier in the market for what its worth. | arthurdaley69
26/10/2017 13:26 | It looks like buyers are back in force now and are grabbing bargains. Very good entry price. | market master
26/10/2017 09:56 | I bought 200t at 0.42, the market maker wouldn't sell me any more if that is of any interest. | arthurdaley69
25/10/2017 16:16 | If they delivery this 2nd deal in a few weeks then we will know for sure that this is a winner. | futuredlighter
25/10/2017 16:08 | disappointing pullback I have to say; not sure why they are quite as disappointing, but I guess no news makes some worried. I am still confident that they can deliver their strategy, but at the end of the day, if there are no buyers to mop-up the sellers the shares can't rally. | arthurdaley69 |
