2p,

...and yet again, a little bit of strength is sold into. It just shows the level of mistrust punters have in this company.

Tilton - If you could please Buy another £10k every day, we'd soon all be back in profit!

Seriously, it just shows you how easy it is to manipulate a stock like this 'cause there ain't much FreeFloat. If someone has got £50k to play with, they can take this share wherever they want IMO.

So, your 'ten days' means this week or next pretty well. Looking forward to company news.GL

Looks like 400k of purchases, and 280k of sales today, so maybe a delayed sale in the system.

Only 12.4m shares in free float.

They have got 10 days to respond to the requisition.

I am fascinated by what the "concert party" intentions are. They have already got over 51% of the equity so should be in the "box seats" when it comes to negotiating. But what are they trying to achieve? I don't believe there will be a bid. I am more inclined to them seeking board control while still keeping the quote.

Now, if they did decide to bid, I would bite their hands off if they offered 12-15p!

Tilton - no worries, I'm only in for about £2k but my average is 10.2p which is possibly stretching 'achievable' a little, in the near future. However, very interesting juncture and surely the Bod must be replying to the EGM request v.soon.

2pablo,

Sorry, wasn't trying to demean others holdings.

I'm trying to trade out of an initial poor position, and now have an average price that I believe is achievable. I still don't trust what is going on, hence I do not intend to be a long-term holder.

Cantor's just marked them up, and a few limits got hit, which shows how weak the shareholder base is here. They then mark them back down again!

Tilton - massive to me!

Anyway, obviously new contracts/productions are more than welcome but what is your take on the request for an EGM? Although possible takeover at 9p+, there seems a lot of doubt hanging over the company. The receivables position seems to be improving, perhaps now is the time to be very brave?

SP, yes I am eating humble pie, point was in wrong place and you are right. MC in India is closer to £20m, which as you say makes our MC on AIM, way out of sync. And from memory without doing research, I seem to recall that Tapaas picked up some at 20p about year ago, which would give closer relationship to the two values

simonparker - thanks for calcs. Nice to have someone put it all down accurately.

DQE India has been rebounding nicely the last month as have we on Aim. However, over the last year India is now Up 3% while we are Down 38% - not that unusual as that sort of difference has occurred for a while, but still a large difference, I suppose indicating more confidence out in India.

Tilton - If you've just put another £7,700 in today, putting 2 and 2 together, I gather you have rather a large holding.

Not necessarily, PEEL picked up 25k at 5.9p, but I took the next 50k from WINS.

Still got a few more to buy, so could do without them going better until I have finished...lol...
