The max online is 15k at 4.5p -

I think this has been oversold and potentially an share price back to 6p+ could be on the cards - Capped at around £2.5mill looks to me like there is upside here -

looking at share registry,there isn't a lot of shares available... a lot is in the hands of II's, so you would expect large swings in price action

I agree regarding Nasdaq listing, it would only add value. The current mkt cap looks an ideal opportunity for someone to take them out.

Hi 2pab,

potential of a takeover is there, whether they have the funds to buy the company outright - I'm not so sure - they might just be an investor and see potential, we'll have to see if anything develops on this front.

the current market valuation is too low IMO.... reading between the lines I would expect updates in the near future, confirming the deals mentioned to secure work for the next 2 - 3 years.

looking further ahead, if they turn back into profit, serious multi bagger potential from these levels ....plus dividends on top

When you look at the mkt cap of just £2m, it just doesn't stack up especially when they can raise $50m to Fund projects

I believe there were a couple of 7m+ sales notified in this time frame already - so it could be that they make up the bulk of their holding. Bit slow at notifying the market I suspect.

Possibly. But even if they don't make an offer, they are in a position to control the company. Nominated directors will probably be next.

And who has sold that interest to them? I think there are more (not)holding RNS to come.

Not really, but they had zero stock before mid-April and now they have just under takeover amount of 30%.

Are they lining up a takeover?

Very quiet response all round to today's results.

Only 5 trades today and all of limited size, so not much response to the results. So the drop of 10% is fairly meaningless IMO.

Hopefully when results fully digested and perhaps some news from Cannes, this might continue it's journey back up.

Nice close above 200ma, it is heading towards 10-12p+ imo.

Looks like it is re-rating because as of a couple weeks ago two sellers have 0 stock which means no more overhang.

Only 56million shares in issue and 80% held by institutions, explains why it moves so quick.
