A write up somewhere about this little gem wouldn't do any harm, although I've been in since early on with an average of 38p and intend to stay for the long term.

No surprises following July statement. Cash building nicely which gives them options. 25x 2020 forecast looks justifiable to me.

dotDigital Group plc Final Results

Great set of final results with an increase in organic growth across all areas particularly in the now not so fledgling US and APAC areas. Figures speak for themselves including cash balances. Milan Patel, CEO of dotdigital, commented:

"The Group is very excited about its financial performance and our growth opportunities, driven by investment in technology innovation, geographic expansion and strategic partnerships. With the additional investments in people across all regions it sets the foundations for scalable growth in AI infused marketing and data driven cross channel Marketing Automation. The Group is especially pleased with our international performance.

Although relatively early on, Q1 of the 2019/20 financial year has started well with trading in line with expectations. With 89% of our revenues recurring, a high proportion under contract and strong client relationships we continue to have good visibility into our earnings. We are confident in delivering continued organic growth across our core organic growth pillars.

We remain focussed on delivering against our strategy and are confident for the year ahead."
Well done to the BOD.

We might normally be expecting results this week (15th?) but no mention of same since the promise of 'October' in the July update.

Pondering the trades on DOTD. Wondering if it is becalmed as the MM's are allowing someone to build a stake in the company?

Well, the market seems to have decided in the past few weeks that DOTD is in fact not a great growth company but an overpriced piece of sh*t. So, how low can it go?

Nhb001 - Thanks. I imagine 20/21 will approach 5p if all goes well.

@Sauncepan - nothing wrong with DOTD, but better fish to fry.

Yes my thoughts too.

It based 70-104 for 18 months, growing into it's valuation.

Unless this is a Minervini "squat" in the last couple of weeks, the technicals look unattractive.

Saucepan - I think you will find that H1 growth was boosted to 33% as a result of the acquisition of Comapi in November 2017, but that organic growth in H1 was stated at 15% which is exactly what it is for the year as a whole. H2 comparatives were never going to approach 33% as, by that stage Comapi had dropped out of the equation.

On another issue has anyone got the EPS estimates for 19/20 and 20/21.

Yes I considered that significant, peterc1970.

Furthermore, as noted in post 1090: in the 19 February interims revenue growth rate for the rolling 12-month period was 33%.

Growth came in, as reported today, at 19%: not as strong as I thought, and I don't see how that can fuel share price momentum particularly. I did open a starter position a couple of weeks ago, but have decided to sell up and move on. At the time, the chart looked healthy: taking out the late 2017 high, but even the technicals look poor now, with price falling well back, including below the 50-day moving average.

Nothing wrong with DOTD, but better fish to fry?

Good luck to others who think differently.

All looking good - DOTD like to be a little ahead of forecasts and, as far as I can recall, have always done so ever since I first bought in in 2011 at 7.8p. They are a very switched on company and have by default become by far my largest holding. They are doing all the right things and in my view will continue to deliver.

DOTD always dips before trading updates. Nothing new there. I particularly like the news about the Magento colloboration, and the mention of one-click activation. It augers well, as Magento has a massive global customer base (mainly SMEs)and Adobe's customers have deep pockets. More than that, Tink Taylor (DOTD co-founder) has been working hard promoting the Magento/Dotdigital integration at events around the world and some of Adobe's senior managers have been reaching out to Tink at these events. Clearly, Adobe see the potential of the product.

What are DOTD aficionados expectations for the update due? What will please and what will disappoint?

I note that in the 19 February interims revenue growth rate for the rolling 12-month period was 33%. Presumably it would be good to see that maintained at the very minimum, and some further acceleration would be the icing on the cake?

I don't know what analysts have pencilled in.
