Have a look at the VLG board, pentangle. I think you might like it.

APAD - Awesome! My first purchases were in Feb 2011 so you have been here even longer than I have. I bought from 7.8p right up to 15p, but have been selling between 48p and 75p just to protect profits.

Still have 2/3 of my maximum holding, which now stand me in for less than nothing and am inclined to run the rest as if they can get the international business right this could be a billion plus company.

Like you I like the culture. They seem like genuine people who are striving to consistently grow the business in a sensible fashion.

pentangle,
When the CEO was ill they supported her - generally rallied around - I thought at the time it was a tribute to the culture of the company and it gave me a lot of confidence in my holding.
I have bought 16 times since about 2010 - BTFD - and I keep a weather eye open on their career vacancies, as a measure of the health of the company.

Milan Patel was the CFO for several years. He took the CEO role on an acting basis a couple of years back when the previous incumbent was off sick. He was then confirmed in the role when she retired. However, a new CFO has not been appointed until now.

It's been interesting watching this company gradually change their growth focus. Ten years ago their turnover was about £1m so there was plenty of growth in the UK to get. Now at £30m+ the future is international expansion.

Yes and he had been for some while. Good news IMO that he can get back focused on one job, at least for a while.

The USA has been potentially the key driver for a while. If they can start growing that at the rate they expanded their U.K. Operation then the sky's the limit.

Yep - encouraging to see the US rev growth shift up from 11% to 22% and APAC motoring. As these regions increase in scale I'm expecting it to help underpin the long term growth of the business so I view this as an encouraging development. The EMEA growth looks to have accelerated H2 too.

The cash adjusted forward PE now looks around 23 - IMO not too shabby for a business which has been so consistent. Looking back the share price seems to track eps so there should be 20% here within 12 months or around 30% taking the price being around 10% off the all time high (ignoring the dividend and any specials).

All in all it was enough for me to join as a recent new holder; IMO it looks to have further to run.

Great set of results and particularly strong growth outside the UK with more focus in Nordics and Benelux. N. America growing well too so should help against Brexit issues. Well done to the BOD.

Clearly there has been a seller for the last few days...but my buys are showing as sells on Level 2 so I suspect that not all the trades are being reported correctly and there may also be some delayed reporting.

A trading update will be released in the w/c 17 July. Last year it was on the Friday. It will mention the US business, which should be interesting. Reckon this share has a long way to go, as a lot of investors don't understand how important the humble, unglamorous email is to successful marketing campaigns and customer engagement, especially in ecommerce. It's a global niche which will only continue to grow, in my opinion.

I'm hoping for 78p soon - significant for me personally as I started loading up at 7.8p so a ten bagger. My average is 10p.

What a nice little share this is and now my best performing this year. It just keeps ticking up on very little news. I have no intention of selling out and am optimistic that the chart will keep ticking upwards for a while yet. Very happy.......
