These clowns in charge get paid too much, male or female. Both are mainly useless. Any reduction is good for shareholders. As for diversity, we had a woman before, I think Finance Director. She left or was pushed, went to Debenhams. Shows how much she knew about numbers. ( Or maybe would take any job going because she was useless.)
Let us not get confused and believe that diversity is the solution to all our problems. You do not have to look far, as far as PM Theresa May to see that this is nonsense.
As for the franchisees. If you cant stand the heat, get out the frying pan. ( Or pizza pan)

Domino's Pizza Group is facing further unrest at its annual meeting this month amid the threat of an investor revolt over executive pension payments and its male-dominated board.

Sky News has learnt that the Investment Association's (IA) IVIS voting service has given its strongest "red-top" warning to Domino's shareholders, heaping pressure on its already-embattled directors.

The Sunday Times reported in February that relations between the company and the Domino's Franchisee Association had deteriorated to such an extent that its members were boycotting opening new stores during the first half of 2019.

This company is charging too much for pizza's it's going to bite them unless they start offering silly deals. 2 pizzas for £20 with barely any toppings is NOT a good deal. My wife complained last time and they delivered a better topped pizza why not do it right the first time!

Domino's Pizza gained as it refuted refuted claims made in the Sunday Times that the company has been misleading investors about progress in negotiations with the pizza chain's franchisees.

"The review has threatened to brand them "red tops" as a warning to investors about their lack of gender diversity."

FFS. People should be their on merit, not because of their gender.

I liked the update very much. Addressed the franchisee concerns, with solutions attached to them.

The UK pizza market is predicted to grow at 5%, and with 50% market share, anything above this really is excellent news for us.

If international delivers breakeven in 2019, that will be an immediate 4m upside next year, on top of any additional UK+ROI growth, which will surely be expected.

Very much like this company, it seems to have an excellent market-leading position in the UK, with very attractive international expansion opportunities for the next 5 years.

Will investors tuck into a slice of Domino’s Pizza following Tuesday’s full year results?

While the fourth quarter performance in the UK was strong, with a super-charged showing in the run-up to Christmas causing a 4.5% increase in like-for-like sales and a 6% rise in system sales, internationally Domino’s hit a speed bump, where systems sales on a reported basis fell 2%.

Specifically, the troubled integration of its business in Norway – blamed on ‘unseasonably warm and dry weather’ – is causing issues, meaning its underlying pre-tax profit is expected to come in at the lower end of the previously forecast £93.9 million to £98.2 million range. That means it’ll likely see a decline from 2017’s £96.2 million.

DP Enterprises own 66% of Germany, very bullish on progress if you read the relevant bits. So this will be some good news to come from plc next week as this wasn't really covered at their analyst day.

And Q4 results due on the 12th, with at least 20% short covering in the last week?

Well, I've sold out now; not waiting for the divi and risking the fall back that will come ...

Andrew - you've completely contradicted yourself. Days ago you were saying jump aboard for the divi. The price has gone virtually nowhere, and you're now expecting a collapse because its about to go ex-div.
