It is because the price has crashed 70% as it used to be on a 10% dividend paying quarterly about 4.3 c.

Be thankful you have a big bunch of such people on the opposite side of your trade, which could massively.enhance your returns and allowed you to buy at these levels.Calling them scum however.....a bit out of order.

It's partly (largely?) because most of the herd currently thinks 'too good to be true' that the price is down at this low level with a very high yield. If the price hadn't dropped, the yield would look generous but otherwise unremarkable given the sector. The dividend itself has been regular and constant for several years, with just small increments every few quarters.

I did read info on the thread and I still don't understand how it is possible to pay and maintain a 30% dividend. It's one of those "too good to be true". Surely everyone would be buying if that was the case?
