well to me no BBs is strange too. it re afirms some theories posted on here unfortunately. but lets wait. maybe it is not sinister. if

- they need cash for an expansion/replacement
- they must preserve cash for their current operations /bad/

The share price isn't falling anymore. Did you not notice the chart yesterday or even take a look at the chart for the whole of this week? The share price did just fine yesterday with no buybacks, imagine what would happen if buybacks recommenced. Looking forwards to the shorters paying for my divi on 29th Feb if they are foolish enough not to close before then.

Maybe Board realised buyback is just throwing good money away as share price kept on falling since buybacks started 😞

That depends when they took out their shorts. I have heard it said that many took out their shorts jumping on the band waggon at around £10 so with costs incurred that wouldn't be a fortune and they haven't made anything at all if they haven't closed.

Yes lfc and minus 8% additional costs on 29th! Not looking so clever for many if the price is around £10 or more at that point.

Yes just 3 weeks exactly now until the shorters have to fork out for the divi.
We might see the price continue to rise even if not smoothly as we move closer to our entitlement and their liability.

Ex Divi is 29th Feb payment is 28th March. I would assume the people shorting would be liable to cover the divi on the 29th Feb as that is when holders become entitled to the divi.

The stake you refer to is held under the US listing so has no bearing on the UK listing and doesn't require any disclosure here.

For this Bulletin Board there is little more to add or say by anybody, other than hold, wait and see! Though if Rusty and his Directors can buy shares, please do! Plus ensure the buybacks are at least 25,000 shares per day from now until x div date!!!
