Hmm, at 1164p though.

These big trades always seem like they're delayed.

Scandal might be a bit strong

I haven't had a share certificate since PEPs came into being in 1987.

Good to see LAb is keeping with the old traditions :)

lab305 - Computershare US will issue new certificates to those that need to sell. I posted the number weeks ago. Default new paper certificates will be issued to old paper holders in June if they do not opt in to nominee holding/electronic format. I'd like to know when the paperwork comes for that, though, since I did not get paperwork to vote on the US listing.

The whole thing is a fiasco. They consolidated the share giving it a long way to fall. The short interest is insignificant and has zero influence on the share price. I repeat from over a year ago it's no use having a dividend of 16p if the share drops by far more over the period.
I learned last week that a traditional holder of share certificates rather than holding shares in nominee cannot sell any of their stock since the US listing. Their certificates are no longer valid and Computershare have not issued new ones. On contacting Computershare they were told that they would have to apply to Computershare America. I checked the story and contacted Computershare myself. The story appears true and is a scandal.

Surely it should be the American's complaining to the SEC?

The NY equivalent share price is currently 12.40.What do you expect the FCA to do? The reason for a US listing was presumably to expose DEC to investors not able/willing to trade in London. The lack of arbitrage perhaps also speaks to the lack of liquidity

GROSS DISPARITY
WHY ARE SHARES CONTINUING TO TRADE AT A HUGE 15% DISCOUNT TO NYSE?
HAVE THE FCA COMPLETELY GIVEN UP REGULATING LONDON MARKETS? USELESS.

Interesting, in that I've noticed on level 2 not all buys go through. Nearly always both buys and sells go through (on other stocks), I'm wondering why this is? Anyone got any ideas? Thoughts please?

TT and Wall Eye will be working together. It's a crooked market.
I mean the LSE price can't even match the NYSE one!

#Cassini, be a part of the solution, not the problem.. :o)

See what the week has in store for us, a bit of a surprise that Walleye took over the TT 0.5% short, but again they will still need to address the coming dividend, cover it or pay for it..
