The 20-F isn't approved because the NYSE listing ticker is wrong. The company seems to have made a mistake quoting DEC

What they should have been using is DECPD, the existing OTC ticker

Anyone can sell whatever on OTC it is a "grey" market - it doesn't even need the company to agree to be listed.

"The Board currently anticipates that the US Listing will become effective later in December 2023."

The ticker for the main listing is

NYSE:DEC

Trading starts when the 20-F is approved whatever that may mean
I see no timeline and it isn't in the calendar for a trading start

As fortin said in an earlier post, DECPD is for the OTC market. Nothing to do with the NYSE.

johnhemming - I've searched that article using every word that I can think of "listing", "December", "2023" etc - but can't find any mention of listing date?

The ticker NYSE:DEC does exist and is recognised on advfn :-

but
what i learned .... after several observations... listing in US ....

price drops ... so their II fill ... so it takes lots of time down there ... and then it starts creeping up

i bought at 1300 recently ... but now i will wait for the creeping up to start and i do not see it soon

They did submit another 20F on Friday and indeed that has the ticker DEC.

The ticker is stated on page one of the Form 20-F

The company will issue an RNS to confirm US trading has commenced. We won’t have to search for it. No RNS, no listing, no trading.
