They did submit another 20F on Friday and indeed that has the ticker DEC.

The company will issue an RNS to confirm US trading has commenced. We won’t have to search for it. No RNS, no listing, no trading.

Under 65 in old money [shares]. That certainly looks tempting, but I am already overweight so I am doing my utmost to resist temptation.

For anyone underweight or new to DEC, it looks like an entry point to die for, though. Nothing is certain of course, but the risk /reward ratio looks attractive.

Looks like our first US buyers will be on to a bargain. Hopefully they will be keen enough to buy up all the shares being dumped by UK institutions.

#Fordtin, I was just going off the RNS 16.11.2023, we will have to how much slippage their is on the around comment, but it will not be any earlier than 11th @ 2:30pm .. :o)

I guess we will see another RNS at the start of US trading so if it is tomorrow there should be an RNS then I would suspect, but maybe not until the US market opens.

Agree. Having flagged that date in their own RNS, I see no reason why it wouldn't be tomorrow, on US market open.
