These are looking really sad, all time lows revisited. Think its time for another couple of graysorber contracts before old lows are broken.

Does make me laugh that VRS is more known and "ramped" than DCTA who actually have great products and patents, as well as a growing pf of potential sales. One day...one day...

Oh lord, another deramper. Yawn.

Excellent update. Cenkos like the tone of the RNS, think many positives, surprise could be to the upside reiterate their Buy rating and 224p DCF target price.

Hardly a no brainer.

The technology is already dated and will be superseded within 3 years.

Really it is a no-brainer.

From Construction News 13 June 2022

"Professor Nick Thom from the University of Nottingham said: “Two cases have been identified where Gipave is likely to provide significant benefit. The first is the case of SMA surface and binder course over a hydraulically-bound (e.g. cemented) or cold-mix asphalt base; the second is a thick asphalt pavement including SMA surface and binder course. In both these cases the benefit derived from Gipave additive in terms of life extension prior to significant maintenance is predicted to be a factor of 2.5 to 3.”
Although the material is more expensive to lay in the first place, modelling showed a 32% reduction in cost over its lifetime.

Plus: Depending on the results of these further trials, KCC(Kent County Council)is considering using Gipave to resurface some of its busiest roads so as to minimise disruption at the most sensitive sites over the years – reducing the need to come back after 15 years to resurface again.

No directa cannot make repeated same quality graphene in commercially viable quantities. Check the verified companies on the graphene council verified producer page.

They could invent anti-gravity paint and The London Stock Market wouldn't care.

I am afraid that the last RNS continues this company's approach of talking up future prospects and then subsequently failing to deliver the revenue and profitability.

I was an investor so keep a watching brief ... but will remain on the sidelines until I see this approach change.

Please add "over hyped" over promised and cavet epmtor to the headlines of both VRS and DCTA. Comment also appropriate of over 100 plus AIM super reokets now falling back to earth.

Anyone reading the paid for, puff piece on Versarien in the post above who is not familiar with the company should spend a bit of time reading some of the discussion on the VRS threads.
Unlike DCTA, VRS has never delivered on its promises and has (along with a couple of other disasters) given graphene a bad name in the UK quoted arena.
VRS has a bizarre (and vocal) cult following that appears happy to overlook every failure of management and the complete lack of delivery of commercial orders despite years of collaborations and 'partnerships'. It is clear that there are a lot of very naïve and inexperienced private investors holding shares in the company and happy to 'top up' and 'average down' at every opportunity. The old adage about catching a falling knife was never more appropriate!
VRS also appears to require additional funding imminently or it will be in danger of failing the going concern test at audit.

This is not just a warning about 2022. The comment about returning to 25% growth in 2023 was well short of what had previously been expected and Cenkos have significantly downgraded forecasts for 2023 and 2024.
I think there is an element of rebasing forecasts to a more realistic level, and they almost certainly make no allowance for a big contract landing, which you would expect at some point, so they are now beatable

but what's the bullish case here? this company never seems to have ever made a profit. Do the products actually use graphene as a material?
