This hot weather will be a great test for DCTA's tarmac product.

If it works the benefits could really standout compared to the normal tarmac

A very encouraging update this morning, in an RNS ahead of today's AGM.

Presumably today's share price drop is a crude reaction to a competitor's (Versarian's) gain on its deal announcement.
I can't think of any good reason for this drop, especially after the recent results/forecasts.

Note this from FY but surprised it wws not RNSd separately

In April 2022, received the first order of Grafysorber® based absorbent materials from a UK company.

Agreed gapped up and sticking its nose above the 50dsma. Makes its best moves once that hurdles passed.
Only watching still but good to see.

The market seems to like today's results: e.g. Product sales and service revenue increased by 33.9%Sounds good to me.

These do have a few of the nonrns agreements, see what happens down the line I guess.
Be good to have a update on the €50m in contracts graysorber were tendering for back in October. Lack of those being announced and no updates for some time on the battery play has kept me from buying back recently.
Hope for the holders there's one out the blue tomorrow.

There's an RNS today:"Directa Plus PLC Partnership to Develop Automotive Fabrics"Looks promising but how lucrative this could be is anybody's guess. The market should react positively but will probably shrug it off.

Yep I'm back in today. Note the RNS also says:

"In addition, we expect to shortly be able to announce the first order of Grafysorber® from a UK company."

Depending on who the order is with, that will give added visibility and could kick start things in the US too.

I do too - held it since flotation.
It is a much higher quality than any of the other graphene plays and has a responsible management team that doesn't overhype news.
Much higher quality shareholder base as well.

Second trial of GiPave in Oxfordshire. Wondering when investors will wake up to the oil price play of this stock. Tarmac prices will be going through the roof, making longer road life very attractive and the recycling of oil waste with Grafysober a no brainer.

There was an RNS yesterday reporting that one of the larger shareholders has increased their allocation from 12.25% to 13.06%, presumably taking advantage of sub 140 price available on Monday. Reassuring IMO.

That looks like one of your better decisions! I bought back in the other week in the low 140s and am now showing a small profit.Below 150 really should be a bargain. Fingers crossed for more upward movements.

I'm back in today at 131p.

I thought the placing at 150p in Dec 21 was astute timing by management "to accelerate progress by providing funds for investment in what the Board considers to be exciting opportunities." Looking forward to hearing more!

So current price is a 13% discount to placing price, and some 25% less that the all time high in Nov 21 since when the company has also made some positive steps in terms of patents and collaborations.

Singer have a target price of 225p and buy recommendation as advised last month. "This reflects the potential for EBITDA to build towards £12m over the medium term (applying a 14x Specialty Chemicals EV/EBITDA multiple)

DYOR.

Some of the small cap funds will be getting redemptions and so will have to sell stocks across the board.
