Thought that about the air conditioning, doubt its too long before we hear news on that one.
From the same link,

“Most of the other masks are currently not able to inactivate the virus but they are able to just decrease the probability of infection by reducing the droplets that are passing through the mask,” Cesareo told Proactive."

If they can put filters in buildings/cars air conditioning systems which kill virus's they have to be made surely? We're just waiting on the newsflow.

Think about it.. Air conditioning. A truly global opportunity.https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/news/926632But it's not all about the masks: the project was triggered by the opportunity to design a new fitting system to drastically reduce bacteria and kill virus, with potential applications in cars and buildings."Everybody hopes that the masks will be utilised for a very short time but this is a solid and continuous business opportunity in the vertical area of air conditioning."

From their shop "The life-cycle cost of a Co-mask™ is under 0,20¢ per day, well below disposable masks."

So the overall cost has come down now they claim they can be washed over 50 times and the internal filters last a week each.

Haha
He didn't quite mention per day, but previously he's talked about ~20p-25p a day for B2C based on their website prices..

Good to hear it kills the Virus, not just filters it!

Thanks for the interview link.
B2B plans sound quite exciting, pretty sure he said they were targeting UK, EU and US and mask filters could be around the 10p level for volume orders.
Will have to listen again but yes promising interview.

Directa Plus PLC's (LON:DCTA) Giulio Cesareo speaks to Proacxxve London's Andrew Scott after confirmation by scientists in Italy that its graphene-enhanced coronavirus (COVID-19) masks have strong anti-viral properties. The Co-mask, which incorporates the company’s G+ technology, was assessed by a team at the Catholic University of Rome, working with the Gemelli Hospital in the city. He says unlike most other masks on the market, their Co-mask can actively kill COVID-19 by attacking the external membrane of the virus. Cesareo adds that this news has big knock-ons for them in the area of air conditioning for the likes of cars, offices and large buildings.

Go and tell that to our 28% holder then, maybe he missed that during his due diligence? lol .. I know which opinion I follow. https://nantkwest.com/project/patrick-soon-shiong-2/In the early 1990's, Dr. Soon-Shiong pursued the science of stem cell and nanotechnology at NASA, performing experiments as part of the Shuttle program. Soon-Shiong's path to cancer research began while doing research for NASA that involved harnessing stem cells to make insulin. In 1991, he founded a biotechnology company to develop a novel nanoparticle anticancer drug with the concept of using "the tumors biology against itself".From 1997- 2010, Dr. Soon-Shiong served as Founder, Chairman and CEO of two global pharmaceutical companies: American Pharmaceutical Partners and Abraxis BioScience. In2008, Dr. Soon-Shiong sold American Pharmaceutical Partners (NASDAQ: APP) to Fresenius for approximately $4.6 billion and in 2010, sold Abraxis Bio Science to Celgene for approximately $3.8 billion. In January 2016, Dr. Soon-Shiong announced the formation of Cancer Breakthroughs 2020, a comprehensive collaboration of researchers, insurers, academic institutions and pharmaceutical companies that seeks to accelerate the potential of combination immunotherapy in the treatment of cancer. The initiative has a goal of initiating Phase 2 trials in 20,000 cancer patients within the next four years in addition to launching a revolutionary molecular diagnostic test. Known asGPS Cancer, the test enables analysis of the whole genome and target proteomics, transcending genomics to the era of clinic proteomics in cancer.Dr. Soon-Shiong currently serves as Chairman and CEO of NantWorks, an ecosystem of companies aiming to create transformative global health information and next-generation pharma development network. Under the NantWorks umbrella, Soon-Shiong also currently serves as Chairman and CEO of NantKwest (NK), a Nasdaq listed immunotherapy company focusing on Natural Killer cells, and Chairman and CEO of NantHealth (NH), a Nasdaq listed transformational healthcare company converging biomolecular medicine and bioinformatics with technology services to empower physicians, patients, payers, pharma and researchers to transcend the traditional barriers of today's healthcare system.Dr. Soon-Shiong is Chairman of the Chan Soon-Shiong Family Foundation and of the Chan Soon-Shiong Institute of Molecular Medicine, a non-profit medical research organization. He co-chairs the CEO Council for Health and Innovation at the Bipartisan Policy Center, is the Executive Director of the UCLA Wireless Health Institute and is a member of the Global Advisory Board of Bank of America. He also is an Adjunct Professor of Surgery at UCLA, a visiting Professor at the Imperial College of London, and a Professor of Microbiology, Immunology & Molecular Genetics and Professor of Bioengineering at the California NanoSystems Institute of UCLA. The Friends of the National Library of Medicine has honored him with their Distinguished Medical Science Award. In April 2016, Dr. Soon-Shiong received the Franklin Institute Award for his visionary leadership and commitment to advancing medical and scientific research and bringing new treatment options to cancer patients. Dr. Soon-Shiong was also honored at the Vatican in April 2016 and received the 2016 Pontifical Key Visionary Award. The award recognizes "medical innovators who change the course of history and reduce suffering on a global scale by blending visionary thinking with real action".

Directa do not have ISO certification for their graphene product. Why not and should they be calling it graphene. The only graphene certified ISO product is made by Versarien.

The only certification that matters to customers is ISO certification.
The Graphene Council verification is a paid for service that is not required by customers.

They don't look to be listed as a member co. of the graphene council? Take it that if they're not paying dues they won't get promoted?

Not sure if there shall be large sales at prices quoted on website. Versarien masks half the price and fully certified. Also need to ask why G+ has not been certified by the graphene council.

These are turning themselves into the go to graphene co though.
Was impressed with their tarmac solution but getting this for the masks and having commercial negotiations started is as good if not better in todays world imo.

"These preliminary results confirm that the application of our technology can significantly enhance facemask efficacy and can help to reduce the spreading of SARS-CoV-2. Our G+® graphene solutions are non-toxic and environmentally sustainable, overcoming the health and other problems associated with current ion-metal or halogen treatments. The Company is now in early stage discussions with possible commercial partners for this application."
