20/5/2019 08:39 | Hedgehog - I understood 2017 included the US business they discontinued in April 2018? If you have time do a similar analysis 2H v 1H for 2018(excluding NA & exceptional) and I think you will see a different picture for revenue and margins - that said still some work to do I agree and any future acquisitions need to be at a much lower PE to make dilution and carry the cost of a listing worthwhile. | scotty666
16/5/2019 13:46 | A comparison of the Digitalbox results for 2017 and 2018: • Fall in revenues from £2.3M. to £1.99M. • Fall from pre-tax profit of £508K. to less than the £433K. EBITDA. So falling revenues and profits. Not exactly what you look for in a growth company, is it. The 2019 results are also likely to be unexciting. And there's the risk of integrating acquisition(s), and discounted placings. So except for traders, this is unlikely to be worth it for retail investors until summer 2020+, if at all. 08/02/2019 07:00 UKREG Polemos PLC Acquisitions " ... For the year ended 31 December 2017, DBP generated revenues of GBP2.3 million and profit before tax of GBP508,000. ... 05/5/2019 19:33 | Will they use this raise in price to raise funds and if so at what price? | sammyshares
03/5/2019 08:14 | This my friends in the share trade is known as manipulation to shake people out. Price soars on massive volumes. Premium buys everywhere. Now it's lost the gains on say 10% of those volumes, mm's dropping the price on 5000 sales or £400-450 Smart people will be buying this dip | dave4545
01/5/2019 17:24 | Cudmore. Exciting? What are you talking about fella? | bazzerhino

29/4/2019 12:23 | If you look at the FY update for Sales & EBITDA and back out 1H results+exceptional gain+discontinued US business(since April 2018) then you can see the 2H performance (based on known info) was a massive outperform imho; -1H Revenue excluding US was £0.6M compared to H2 £1M (assuming none/limited US rev in 2H). -1H EBITDA was break even excluding the exceptional item v 2H at approx. £240k. Dailymash expected to add 350k EBITDA once integrated and optimized. Future Acquisitions expected to be x5 / x6 EBITDA now DBox is fully listed. Needs scale but if it does what it says on the tin will be a nice medium term hold. | scotty666
