SP performance does suggest it was overvalued on listing.
However I believe Directors are currently locked in and
it is everyone else who is selling.

The company floated at £14m it is now worth £6m and it is still £5m overvalued. This company will reach its true value when the directors stop selling.

The shares are at the wrong price for mug PIs. They need to be a penny or below for them to be attractive. I also suspect the directors are selling.

A lot of shares don't do well after listing (PRD one example), this has certainly not come to market at an optimum time with Brexit and the rest of the rubbish going on other there. Its time will come probably once everyone has sold out and moved on.
