Not so sure they've seen a slow down, just wisely building it in, hence confident on hitting numbers that already looking attractive.

So a really good first half, but it's definitely seeing a slow down which will negate this in the full year, and possibly more into next year. The question like so many other stocks are facing is how deep will the slowdown be in consumer discretionary spending and thus advertising? How badly will students be affected? Many are in hall with utility bills fixed for a year, but for others living out, it's going to be a tough year.This could be a really good stock to tuck away on any dip, or one to come back to and reevaluate later. Personally, after the recent run-up in small caps I'm in no rush, but it is certainly on my radar.

Excellent update this morning with a very strong performance. Management wisely erring on caution with advertising likely to slow in the second half but confident on meeting current forecasts after such a strong first half. Looks like we are well placed with further acquisitions looking increasingly likely.

I wouldn't bank on that, they're mindful of dilution and have stressed using some cash and debt as a credible option.That said, if they did a raise for the right buy, personally comfortable with that too.

Nice to see a bit of forward movement ahead of the results next week.Should make for decent reading and I'll be speaking with management again on the morning with a write up to follow.Good to see that they are also using investor meet on the day, which is excellent for the PI.

Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, announces that it has received notification that Martin Higginson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has sold and transferred in aggregate, 1,590,936 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of his warrants announced on 18 February 2022 (the "Transaction").



Following the Transaction, Mr Higginson does not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Company overview:Digitalbox plc comprises departments engaged in digital media business and are effectively producing and publishing entertainment news covering television shows, celebrity news, youth and student culture for United Kingdom university students. The firm is known for operating an online news website, which enabled the media business to report stronger trading activity than anticipated.   As a result, Digitalbox expects EBITDA for the year ended 31 December 2021 to be significantly ahead of the recently upgraded market consensus of EBITDA of £850,000. Consequently, it implies that revenue is expected to soar above £3.6m, hence driving up operating profits above £1.03m. Despite the plausible profit hike forecasts, the firm’s stock price is undervalued, displayed by its low P/E ratio of 13.9x, which is lower than the communication services sector P/E ratio of 23.8x.
