50 million share swapsies at .0451p A lot of shares but not much cash - Until contract news this will continue to drift down (imo) However probably bid proof given change of control provisions. But as always DYOR.

This has had a downward spiral for at least 15yrs it will surely rise at some point, or will it.
Hold on a little bit longer to watch your investment drop even further.

@Turbotrader2. I doubt you have as many as me. Just need to be patient. It will definitely come good. I’m in it for the long term though Either 5p or whenever we get bought out. Whichever comes first

to put it another way

Just hold your nerve and if you have any spare cash take advantage. The share price is where it’s at because of this persistent seller and not enough investors aware of the potential here to buy his stock. The guys that put 500 k into the business must be confident that it’s only a matter of time before a deal is done. Ignore the share price atm it will take care of as soon as positive progress is announced.

Ski News Tonight Car Battery makers and factories are badly needed in this country . Having been a shareholder in this company for many years is this share going to be a multi bagger for us all from these very low levels. Any thoughts ?

LOL, I don't know what you lot have been drinking but I could sure do with one.

Nothing has changed in the last 15yrs or so I can not see it changing in the future.
For anyone invested in this I hope a big change comes for you, because, if it does my shares may be worth £100 :-)

They certainly funded pre IPO. Not sure since as although first introduced to the company in 2019 at a trade fair when it was DG Innovate the trading subsidiary of Deregallera plc and it was certainly being funded by the directors at that time plus of course grants. However data and previous directors funding details on old computer which crashed in 2021.

However something did not feel right so I declined to invest at that stage but have been following ever since reverse listing into PATH and name change. as if, and it appears to be A BIG IF, they ever get substantial contracts could well multibag so I continue to follow.

Pug, I am happy to be corrected. Please show me where, in the IPO document, and fundraises since, the board have contributed to the raises?

holdyournerve1 we were all positive once. Then we woke up and saw the board for what it is. Utterly useless. Tierney has not put a penny into the business, the entire board have not contributed to a single fund raise, including IPO, yet you have invested "a lot of money here"? Who is the bigger mug?

Must apologise for having the audacity to write something positive on this chat site. It’s obviously not permitted, only constant moaning allowed. For what it’s worth my opinion is that the product that they have has incredible potential and if they can pull it off the company will be worth many multiples of where it is now. I personally have invested a lot of money here and if they do it will be a life changer for me. Obviously there is a risk that I could lose all my money however the gains more than out way the risk. Can I suggest that if you’re not happy you can always sell your shares and stick your money in the bank. There are some good fixed deals around 6% available atm.

When you say it is led by donkeys are you referring to Peter Tierney? Because I personally believe that he is a great asset. The previous CEO who I think you refer to as the Monaco estate agent is long gone and yes he was of no use whatsoever. Are you actually invested here ?

holdyournerve1 thanks for your post, your first on ADVFN I believe? Yes, the technology appears to be sound, but the basic issue here is that the company is led by donkeys. You are spot on regarding funding; they are stuck now for further funding, without borrowing or they issue a prospectus, as per the announcement, which is an expensive task. In fact look at any shares issue via a prospectus and the cost is always £300k+. so this issue that they are doing for £500K wont go very far.....
Tierney, and the rest of the donkeys, have had more than a year and achieved nothing, except drawn over-inflated salaries and kept everyone in the dark.

In my opinion this share has serious potential. The moment that one contract is announced it’s a completely different ball game. I have done quite a lot of research on this company and I believe that there are are least 3 potential contracts that are very close. The share price is crazy. Only this price because of a constant seller that has for some strange reason sold over 500k worth of stock over the past 6 months or so. Other reason is the fact that apart from a handful of private investors there are very few people aware of DGI. Again this will change the moment that the first contract is in the bag. The only risk I see is if they run out of money before a contract is done.
