07/2/2023 19:01 | Yes you are right they did find a very good company to reverse in, so credit to them for that. | czar
07/2/2023 09:32 | Czar, almost correct IMHO. Tierney's package was not "inherited" from Path; he joined post deal and would have negotiated his own package. Yes, he is realigning his options, but tbh given that he has been in the job for 7 months with no apparent progress (or news) this is not unreasonable, particularly with fresh money having gone in at a lower price recently. Your comment about previous management and shareholders is misguided at best. Without them the company was bust, and I for one think they did a great job, and a great deal. | cutthecrap
06/2/2023 16:29 | FF isn't it Path that you have an issue with, what have you got against Peter Tierney, he has a very impressive cv and is changing the option package inherited from Path to align with current shareholders. Path came about in a totally different market and attracted, what some would say was, dubious management and 'quick buck' shareholders. It hasn't worked out very well but they do seem to have found a very exciting prospect in DGI operating in the right space, that is what I'm backing. | czar
06/2/2023 16:16 | IMHO wouldn't touch it with a barge pole Glad it's going up though It might be worth enough to buy a coffee | fatfish
06/2/2023 07:41 | "DG Innovate's long-term relationship with the UK Ministry of Defence also continues to develop positively. The Company continues to explore multiple potential routes to market for its Enhanced Drive Technology, and in addition to ongoing commercial discussions with its existing collaboration partners, it has recently entered into positive dialogue with new potential customers and partners concerning both product supply and partnerships. These include another Tier 1 supplier to the global commercial vehicle sector and a number of systems integration companies." DGI is worth many times the current market cap IMHO. | czar

02/2/2023 17:21 | I agree, but let's not forget that there are two sides to the business so two bites of the cherry. We just need to be sure that the right people are running the company. Evidence so far says no. | cutthecrap
02/2/2023 16:44 | This is binary IMHO, its either worth nothing other than say £1m for the listing, or its worth £100's of millions. I have no idea which but on a risk-reward its a BUY for me. | czar
