Per the 30 June announcement :
The Company will request a restoration of its listing once the Company's audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 has been published. The Company continues to work closely with Moore Kingston Smith LLP, auditor to the Company, to ensure that the audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 is published as soon as possible. This is expected to be before the end of July 2022.

If it was up to me they wouldn't have been allowed to do the takeover without at least a 100:1 consolidation, but given that they didn't do one then, it's unlikely they'll do it now.

As a non-holder, the combination of unspecified audit issues delaying the accounts and the CEO getting booted out at 17:45 on a Friday with not so much as a "thank you for all you have done for the company" screams A Big Problem.

Its what else is coming with the results that you should focus on

THE RESULTS ARE SIMPLY ACADEMIC

So it does not matter weather the results are good or bad then.
