I agree at a rock bottom market capitalisation would not be surprised at all of if a bid comes in and puts us out of our misery

Punters buying into this today !!! I wouldn't be surprised to see a £5 to £10m bid arrive, let's face it a big pharma company with deep pockets could buy this and be prepared to finance the lead product and wait for the one already licenced. They could reduce current costs to NIL !!!!!! all imho of course !!

Maybe a vote of no confidence in then, of they cannot raise capital in the market designed explicitly for raising capital!Or maybe just wind the whole thing up and sell the assets off to a pharma corp who will get it into use.

Why would they be a suspension lol...they've already said they're proposing delisting. So IF vote in favour then it will dislist if not then BoD need to rethink or step-aside!

So Sebela milestone payments , XF73 and cash of nearly £3m..... and a Capital value reduced by 68% as I type to equal give or take the cash pot: and paths clearing . Thank you chaps.

This review, and our discussions with possible funding partners, has identified that a larger pool of capital may be available to Destiny Pharma as a private company and therefore, the Board has concluded that delisting from AIM and re-registering as a private company is a necessary step to provide Destiny Pharma with a realistic chance of securing the capital required to progress XF-73 Nasal through clinical trials and bring this important product to patients and health systems.That's one sad indictment of company and/or AIM!

The only consolation is that the deluded directors shares are also virtually worthless. I've just sold out and won't look back. I'll try not to make same mistake of believing all the hype in future and invest in safer dividend payers and rely on compounding to grow my nest egg.
