Perhaps Mr Tovey was is in the process of signing a deal for XF Nasal but more interest, by more parties for the whole platform has changed his initial goal? I am looking forward to next weeks news - perhaps there'll be an RNS of substance sooner.

I'll wait for 15p or below here its loss making and not. A lot of cash left so likely going to the market soon when you will be able to pick shares up cheaper. Its either being forward sold into or there is something more worrying going on in the background pis won't get to know until its too late

I cannot see this going private based on the current share register. Henley is spot on with his post regarding the treatment of shareholders but this is AIM and rarely do these people get any admonishment for their lack of care for those that pay their outlandish salaries and perks.

You have to wonder wtf Rudd and Tovey are up to and why the Nomad is not forcing them to make a statement regarding the share price movement!

As the chatter regarding the de-listing from AIM is now rise.

What will happen to the existing shareholder in case of de-listing ? I guess Management will offer a price and we are forced to take it ?

Oh dear another biotech struggling after shoeing it's some way off and likely to need more funding. Given how far away this is I'm not surprised to see it falling eseoxailly now John Henry has bought. Will be suspended next lol.macd just turned negative again even after 2 days of falls. Chartooks horrific a bit like John's face lol

Eva PA certainly behaving like a possible fund raise doing the rounds however there has been a large seller for months so maybe today they throw the towel in and clear.

The CEO's decision to push reformulation of M3 to the point where a rerun of Phase 2 may be required continues to look inexplicable. The emphasis on exploring all options to optimise value in recent RNS' does hint a going private as a possibility but their share holder register, with no large 10%+ holdings, might make getting support for it problematic. Once xf-73 dermal gets into Phase 1 for diabetic ulcers and burns things will look a bit better.

ODT have been pusing their (very decent) tech for 10 years or more with neglible revs and no cash plus a similar burn rate to DEST. Neither co looks a good buy at the moment imo. Not clear whether either co can attract someone to fund a US P3 trial. Dest are at least in talks, ODT don't seem to be.
