Banshee changing from a liquid to a capsule has already been agreed with the FDA. All they have to do is prove equivalence.A very simple task to do .Destiny have been working on the capsule for several months, so imho it's something that Seleba Could perform at any time

Is there any actual evidence Wade have sold any stock? As far as the FDA goes no one has suggested they would have an issue with reformulation, they deal with this issue all the time, Changing to a solid formulation is a good idea, but only if it doesn't spook Sebela, as it means the some of the milestones that trigger the $500million payments become more likely to be hit.

A new P2 though would mean that the benfits of transition were likely either lost or at least significantly diluted.

Has Destiny suddenly become a bad company because a family trust have sold their shares? No they haven’t. Has the investment case changed significantly? Nope. Cash runway will probably extend with next Seneca milestone payment. Money flows from the impatient to the patient.
