Unfortunately as expected heading lower now as the cash gets used and no development or positive news coming. To think this was supposedly a bargain at 70p not long ago. Shows how wrong people can be and that timing is vital whje investing.

Whispa, why would they want to provide an update to the market saying they are struggling finding a partner?

Though realistically this is the case and if they were to provide such an update then the share price will certainly drop into the 10’s on such an announcement.

Are we to conclude - from the share price action over recent months - that finding a partner for XF nasal is proving difficult/impossible? If so I think an update to the market would not be unreasonable and would at least give a more realistic take on where we are at and equally make Shore's target price completely unrealistic. Something smells very fishy, with the time it has taken to not conclude a partnership deal the more likelihood that if there is one it will be a poor deal. Coupled with the fact that there is now no milestone payment for M3.

Funds lasting until Feb 2025 meaning fundraise in August this year. I predict the market makers will manipulate this where we see a rise over the coming months with an announcement of a fund raise being at 25p.

Dest have enough cash until Q2 2025.
My guess is that they would conclude the JV before raising further funds.
Saying that funding requirements will depend on the upfront cash payment from the JV.

The lack of communication from Management after a 70% fall in the share price since mid December is astounding. I had hoped the new CEO would be dynamic but quite the opposite given this downtrend.

TBH i can see many young Biotech stocks going private,
Unfortunately UK investors will not see the growth.

Bought little.

Anything less than 25 is good risk reward for 2-3 years.
always wanted to buy sub 25P. I missed it when it was 28p few months back and reached all the way to close to 80p.

Best time to add now when fear is here.

Only concern is Fund raise which will come and may slam price down further but in a grand scheme of picture this is good level to buy
