I should add that I totally agree with JH that the large and consistent seller could also be the reason. At the end of the day we are the last to know as mere PI's.

Does the news of the reformulation delay any license agreement outside the USA for NTCD-M3? Probably.
Continued radio silence from the CEO not helping.
Share price collapse means going it alone with XF73 has suddenly become more expensive in terms of dilution and companies we are speaking with will know that our negotiating position has weakened considerably since last Wednesday. Time for the CEO to break his radio silence!

Marvelman i guess you havent considered that the cash runway until Q1 2025 does not include stage payments from Sebela.
XF73 nasal JV will more than likely include an upfront payment extending that runway.

Well its a possibility at the very least that, given no stage payments in the near term from Sebela, a fundraise is not out of the question.

Carlise44 the sharp fall imho is the large seller finally clearing out which has triggered a lot of stops.
When this unwinding of stock is complete, fundamental buyers will be all over this.

The worry is Carlisle that they do know the reason for the sharp fall. I am beginning to think I do too.

Is it time for the company to issue a reverse speeding ticket style announcement along the lines of : " We know of no reason for the sharp fall in share price ...."

Thought the fall would have halted by now.

Well its hit 2nd target support @ 39p FIB 76.4% retrace.

I must admit thats some hit.

Next Horizontal support potentially 35p before a possible technical rebound. Daily RSI 18

35p is the price of the fund raise 12 months ago and the announcement of the Sebela JV

38M wiped off the market cap so far. MKT Cap now £36M

Not much support for the share price . Gap to fill at 30p and unlikely any news to stop the rot . The mms will also want to trigger stops losses on spread bets etc and rake in the money on the way down . Awful markets but companies have to deliver and move faster in a very slow sector otherwise it's downwards

All tipsters the same. Buy before they Tip then sell before they advise stop loss.
Had all this hype about new CEO yet no apparent progress in negotiations.
What a surprise it would be to get amazing news.
DEST do have amazing products in the pipeline.
Hoping price will start to recover from Monday.

These critical findings support the urgency of XF-73 nasal's late-stage development and need for its global regulatory approval.

IMHO note this sentence.

XF73 Dermal now clinically enabled. Pipeline continues to grow in value.

These critical findings support the urgency of XF-73 nasal's late-stage development and need for its global regulatory approval. XF--73 demonstrates exceptionally broad potency across a huge range of Staphylococcus isolates, including antibiotic resistant strains, with no resistance observed. This study demonstrates XF-73's global effectiveness and reinforces the significant commercial opportunity. Importantly it also demonstrates the potential of XF-73 nasal to address the shortcomings of current standard of care nasal antibiotics, which contribute to the global rise in Staphylococcus aureus antibiotic resistance thereby limiting the effectiveness of current infection reduction approaches.

Dr Bill Love, Chief Scientific Officer of Destiny Pharma said: "This peer-reviewed publication demonstrates that XF-73 has activity against all global staphylococcal strains tested that were obtained from patients who had infection from these bacteria. This landmark data set will support the approval process for this breakthrough drug in our lead indication for the prevention of postsurgical staphylococcal infection."

Chris Tovey, CEO of Destiny Pharma, added: "The World Health Organisation has declared antimicrobial resistance to be one of the top ten global public health threats facing humanity. These new findings underscore the transformative potential of XF-73 nasal not only to prevent post-surgical infection of a vast range of staphylococcal strains but also, critically, to be effective against all S. aureus tested antibiotic resistant strains. We look forward to sharing further details on the importance of these findings at our XF pipeline event later today."

arab3 There has been a large seller dripping stock into the market on a daily basis for Months.
The volume over the past 3 days maybe them clearing out completely, taking advantage of the volume.
6M shares traded, 3M on the buy side 3M on the sell side.

TTLANCE can you explain the reasoning behind your statement.

Worth noting they are in discussions with a number of potential partners.

And after 16 months probably fairly close to conducting a JV.

The outstanding data released nearly 4 months ago would have attracted even more interest

This will continue to drift lower with no positive news likely. The only thing that give the price some support is XF-73 and with partnership negotiations been ongoing now for 16 months, things aren’t looking encouraging for a large upfront payment.

82k and a 54k dumped earlier doors yesterday.
No wonder Dest is getting hit hard, someone is dumping stock big time.
Price could rebound strong once they are out.
Nearly 6M traded the last few days

To be fair to JW he quite rightly put a stop loss in at a level that was its resistance. Like every stock, you can be positive about it but that doesn’t mean you know the direction the price will take or its outcome. The approach of psychologically thinking you are 100% invested into a winner is very dangerous. Investors have this approach when they experience positive affirmation's from prior or existing investments, thinking you have nailed the stock market. His approach is called risk management and its worked well for him.
