Wade (the family) have been in since pre float with roughly 6million, though they seem to have done some switching between owner/spouse and Wade the company during the post float period.

Unfortunately I don't think the bottom is in yet. If a company has good fundamentals the 3 day rule would normally indicate a bottom and consolidation. All I can say is Weds news must have been really bad.

So in the space of one RNS, Tovey has gone from hero to zero.
He could have put a stop to all the speculation by undertaking a Proactive interview to answer all the questions being raised on these forums. Instead, he’s chosen radio silence and seems happy to see the share price plunge from 70p to 45p. Well done sir, carry on the good work!

The market will correct itself once the fear of how quick it’s dropped goes imagine selling down here then XF73 news lands… I’m happy to hold and top up once the bottom is confirmed I still do not believe anything in that RNS warranted anywhere near this drop, some people may and have sold and I respect their view but don’t agree which is why I still hold. My opinion is that most selling are doing so because they are panicked or because JW was stopped out.

One broker now no longer joint, share price sizeable drop, an underwhelming RNS: just wondering if a cash raise may now ensue ( whether to strengthen the company's hand or other) given that all options are being considered.

Today's fall is worrying as its sharp and on top of a week of southerly decline.


How about re-assuring the share base Mr Tovey?

I don't know if it's true but I've just seen on the other thread that Justin Wade an uberbull of Destiny, was stopped out at 60p but it is alleged that he has said he is glad because of the delay. I find that strange given the lead product is unaffected, but would help explain such a sharp fall.

My reading of the rns is that Sebela were in agreement that the manufacturers of M3 should be changed and the drug produced in tablet form.
It's however in their remit as to whether they want to de risk the phase 3 trial with a further phase 2 trial. Product will not be available until H2 24 so any change to their development plan will put the project quite a way back and I'd imagine that is why the market is so negative. In a nutshell there is uncertainty. I don't believe there is a problem with Sebela proceeding, but it could be delayed by more than the circa 6 months due to product changes.
That said perhaps CT wants it back but that's me being mischievous.

My guess is having consulted with Sebela Dest would not have changed the formulation from Liquid to solid if that put at risk the JV.

JH The reformulation is under the remit i.e authority and control - of Dest, following their own review. The only reference to Sebal being involved is that that have had/agreed to change their manufacturing and control contract alongside Dest. It may be that they are happy to simply rerun phase 2, but also possible this will trigger an internal re-review of the project if that is the option recommended.
