£30 million is the minimum to expect and we all hope for more! The evidence base for ODM is second to none....

It would be scandalous if they flogged the company for £30m. LID had nothing but smoke and mirrors, which they used very well to fool the markets for many years.

We at least have everything they do, along with more, and a chunky evidence base to go with it.

If they can't sell the company for any more than LID, then they shouldn't be in a job.

Sigh. The scoop is the company is very likely to be taken over some time this year; that is the news we are all waiting for but obviously we don't know when it will come. LID was taken over for about £30 million so that is the sort of level to expect, which is about 5.5p for DEMG. No other particular news is expected in the short term.

Cont/-Mr 4m quite happy goes home. MMs lift the price, having got people's attention to draw in more buyers, like there is some news on the way. Rinse and repeat. Or maybe there really is news coming, but I'm beginning to doubt it. Cleared some deadwood today to make funds available to enter around 1.8-90p, nut niwvnot so sure. Any thoughts, anyone?

Cont/-Yesterday they spike up the price like something is happening and draw in a lot of buyers that they go short to service. Today, more of the same until they have filled their 4m short. Then they drop the price casual like down to where the 4m sell at 1.70 looks like capitulation on today's price action, but was already a decision on Thursday.

So here's a theory. A couple of days ago Mr 4m Shares goes to the market to sell 4m shares - who knows why - divorce, daughter's wedding, big holiday, or lost faith in DEMG. This freaks out the MMs cos they can't take on all that stock uncovered but the price drops to 1.70 after banging its head against 1.83p for a week. MMs are keen to make the turn on a trade of this size, so they say give us a couple of days to organise this.

The MMs are having a laugh. Now selling us shares at 1.94 they bought at 1.695. A nice earner if you can get it...

Yes the 4 million sell killed it. Very badly handled by the seller as you say. They couldn't have sold the whole lot at 2p but could have started with a 500k and then leaked out the rest. Why do people play to the MMs tune; now one of them will make a fortune selling us the shares at prices from 2p.

Well I expected a pullback but not one as big as that! Must be a delayed sell to come through but there are still buyers around.

Probably a good time to buy donaferentes! NIAI...

Thanks v much. Where is the TP note available? Sorry to ask. Will certainly keep watching, because I've always thought the product a no-brainer only hampered by selling into a vast, but homogenous and politically hampered market - not enough smaller first buyer units to encourage the big boys, st least in the UK. More hopeful about the US if they can get to market it effectively.

So looking at the trades from Friday about 1,050,000 were net bought; the 500k and the late reported 100k are both buys and the 113k at mid price a sell. That is relatively low volume so shows the potential if the buyers really turn up here. The TP note (published on Friday) makes it clear the endgame in the near future is a takeover which people have speculated will be in the 5-6p region.

>> donaferentes

Therein lies your answer. The TP note made it clear their market is recovering now and they are a prime target because of the second to none evidence base for ODM.

I used to be in these some years ago, eventually selling at a loss. Just by chance i decided to look them up only to find an intriguing little spike up on Friday. I can't detect any reason for it. Any ideas?

Director buying, indifferent figures, a setback then a strong rise. I think they are more confident than they let on. The COVID situation seems to be big time in their favour especially in the UK (which has been disastrous). Also just under a million in the bank, on the whole looking good imho. GLA

Yes, but people can easily succumb to herd mentality and just play at follow the leader... or in this case, follow the momentum. Rational thought can go out the window when greed is involved... likewise with fear.

We shall see if there are any big delayed trades to show, or if the MMs are just caning everyone on the back of that note.

They are currently bidding for 350k @ 190p and there are 250k on offer at 2.03p.
