23/4/2021 14:45 | The full 2p paid for 25k. Amazing someone is prepared to pay that when you could have bought for 1.7 yesterday.... | nobbygnome
23/4/2021 14:18 | Just got the RSP prices and the best real offer for any amount is 2.16p. Amazing! The MMs really don't want to know here.... | nobbygnome
23/4/2021 13:56 | Nice way to end the week. | janatha
23/4/2021 13:30 | Yes something is brewing. Very encouraging..... | nobbygnome
23/4/2021 13:13 | MMS want your shares, currently 1.895 to sell and 1.945 to buy, somethings in the pipeline! | gbenson1
23/4/2021 11:26 | Hi Nobby, nice to see a tick up, I think it's probably more to do with catching up with the 1m+ buys from yesterday, but there must also be a large delayed buy(s) as well. Not a fan of TP but there note as always was bullish. | gbenson1
23/4/2021 11:22 | Hmmmm interesting rise on apparently nothing traded. There are some big buyers around methinks... | nobbygnome
23/4/2021 09:37 | Here is the link....at least they do emphasise that the company is a potential takeover target and the strong rebound in their market! | nobbygnome
23/4/2021 09:22 | And someone has paid 1.799 for less than 200k and the MMs are bidding up for loads. Looking promising for a further rise.... | nobbygnome
23/4/2021 08:17 | I think we have another big delayed buy this morning..... For me the road is open now for the takeover. The launch of the new monitor is pivotal for this to happen and is clearly going to happen later this year. I think that information should be enough for the acquirer to make a move and manage the launch themselves. | nobbygnome
22/4/2021 14:20 | As predicted, a 500k buy pops up an hour later! | nobbygnome
22/4/2021 11:55 | Cantors just moved from the offer to the bid; I think we might have a buyer around...... | nobbygnome
22/4/2021 11:04 | I had it in my diary that there would be a presentation of the results at 12pm today. Is/was there? I can't find it, perhaps I just thought I was making a note of the results, and the 'helpful' computer pulled across data from last year. | gnnmartin
22/4/2021 06:13 | Well the results read well to me. They have used the hiatus to reposition the business and increase cost saving measures. The launch of the new monitor should be a significant event later this year. And the takeovers in the sector even get a mention...... So they are saying all the right things from my point of view so this announcement should be taken positively! | nobbygnome
20/4/2021 20:16 | Another month another nothing burger | trentendboy
14/4/2021 11:45 | On closer scrutiny, yesterday's announcement raised some alarms. Results next Thursday, 22nd April, but the presentation by the CEO is not until after the AGM has finished on 27th May. We are discouraged from attending the AGM in person but encouraged to vote by proxy in advance and can not ask questions until the investor presentation which is after the votes have been counted. All sounds distinctly Putinesque and we appear to have no opportunity to direct questions to anyone but the CEO. This stinks to high heaven in principle but is even worse when we have a Board of cronies who are well past their sell by dates, have woefully underperformed for years and recently stuffed their faces with cheap shares that they awarded themselves without any reference to shareholders.Plenty of other companies are holding AGMs with proper shareholder participation on zoom. But maybe their boards are not hiding?Any views?MrC | mrc2u
13/4/2021 20:41 | I must admit the 250k buy was me I doubled up my position when I saw the RNS, it is all about DMG surviving and in my opinion they will !!! GLA | parsons4
13/4/2021 15:47 | Nice move up Deltex has been pushing its evidence base again on social media www.deltexmedical.co Also pushing the imminent return to elective surgery Saw that Johnson has put Michael Gove in charge of the NHS catch up so lets hope Deltex is orchestrating its clinical friends are telling 'the Gover' how much better this would run if the NHS followed its own guidance and put a probe down everyone at risk or having risky surgery | schloo
13/4/2021 15:40 | Really? MMs appear to be selling shares today for more than they paid for them last weekSounds like their business model to meNice to know they are going to put results out though. Lets hope they are changing some or all of Board, Chair, advisors, box, business model and marketing storyOr at least got something positive to sayMrC | mrc2u
13/4/2021 15:27 | Yes just the presence of TC and the MMs are quaking in their boots! | nobbygnome
13/4/2021 15:18 | Yeh nice to have TC back. | gbenson1
13/4/2021 15:15 | Hmmmm, interesting move; the MMs are running for cover. Perhaps TC is wading in and buying a big chunk like the good old days! | nobbygnome
13/4/2021 13:18 | Someone has been picking up 250k tranches over the last 2-3 months, perhaps just relief that we can draw a line in the sand on the 22nd, personally im expecting better news on NHS orders since the last results due to the Covid effect! | gbenson1
13/4/2021 13:13 | --->ALL Results to be releaed on the 22nd April. Strange.... that maybe has prompted someone to pick up an extra 250k shares and tick the price up a jot. Seriously doubt the buyer knows anything more than anyone else. Regards, THE COUNT! | the count |
