A CVA wold probably come first however its apples and pears not the same situation and administration could come at any time.


Whatever scenario there is no value for ordinary shareholders.

It looks like it Debs, but who knows? - The problem is, closing stores will not shake off the leases, so the costs involved are horrendous.

Ashley would only be happy to see his investment go down the pan if he were intending to make some kind of offer.

He won't bid now because of the leases, that's a given. A CVA will require approval of the landlords so he will likely go for an administration then pick up the pieces then.

Trouble is he won't be the only one able to bid and could be outbid.

So CVA vs Administration? As I said before it's better than a soap!

The companies performance and debt entered into by the board / previous owners will do for the company and nothing else.

If the rest of the market could see this coming the board could have stopped the dividends and started paying down debt a long time ago....

But they watched and drew their remuneration instead......
