Looks like its determined to hit £4.40 before it recovers. Anyway, RSI starting to turn up.

Good call. It could bounce at around 440p like it did last time.

RSI suggests it will as it has re-entered oversold. I'm quite happy with this one (well, it pays a dividend). Happier still with another high yielder - Whitbread (WTB) as it is rising.

Weak buy candidate (4 Jan 2002) [Auto] Help
Has broken the floor of the rising trend, which indicates a weaker initial rising rate. Is moving within a rectangle formation between support at 449 and resistance at 539. A decisive break through one of these levels indicates the new direction for the stock. Positive volume balance, i.e. high volume in days of rising prices and low volume in days of falling prices, strengthens the stock in the short term.

Yes, nice to make a purchase and see an immediate profit isn't it. I see I'm up 2.6% after costs but the charts suggest that there isn't any near term down side.

Short/medium term looks like a no brainer, but the longer term looks quite assured with a double bottom forming.

Took the plunge on 21/12/01 at £4.56 4/5.
With today's rise, have covered all dealing costs and am looking for £5.50 exit in three weeks.

I am always looking to make profits and pick
dividends but it' so hard to stay in a stock
these days, never know what's around the corner.

Well, as there doesn't seem to be one on the FBB, I thought I'd start one off.

From a contrarian point of view, it seems nobody is interested in this company, which is not surprising because it makes profits and pays dividends, so clearly cannot be of any interest as an investment as it seems to be very unfashionable these days! The perfect time to buy? You betcha!

I was short this one last week betting on a treble top, but closed out on Friday. Still looks like a weak breakout volume wise but will watch with interest ready to take a position either way...

I took a small long position on Friday as it broke out - and will add to it if the move continues.

Another Business Support Services one that's just appeared on my radar. Currently hitting 4 year high, recent moves have nearly all been upward. Results due in the next couple of weeks.

Anyone still watching this one?

Interesting price movement today. Up 2p in the face of some pretty heavy-duty selling!

Any one think this is significant? Or have I stumbled on nothing more than a boring meaningless oddity?
