IC last week say there needs to be solid confirmation in the figures that these are actually cheap - which they could be with the growth potential maybe before the share price starts to move, as the share price of late has been a bit rocky. Although a strong re-rating could be on the cards at some stage.
I am in DARK for the potential growth prospects,
along with JUST who are said to be on a forward pe of just - excuse the pun - 3.5,
now that is what I do call cheap, cheap.

The funding is irrelevant and ending and not required or used, also everything is secured anyway cash balance is over £360m that facility was rolling £25m. And also for any companies struggling, UK is covered by this: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/chancellor-update-on-silicon-valley-bank-uk The MMS won't even mark this down IMO, absolutely no reason to. If they do, it'll go back up, shorts covering, fund and buybacks will take advantage of any dip. 289 coming...

They have 10 fold the cash if that agreement.. which ends in June 2023, and the do not need to call on that. Hence the buybacks etc...

Cash and cash equivalentsThe Group had cash and cash equivalents at 31 December 2022 of $374.9 million, a decrease of $15.7 million from 30 June 2022. This decline is primarily attributable to the Group repurchasing $33.9 million (£30 million) of its shares in 1H FY 2023. The Group entered a multi-currency $25.0 million Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) agreement with Silicon Valley Bank on 15 January 2021 with a maturity date of 15 January 2023. Borrowings under the Facility are secured pursuant to various security agreements, mortgages and other collateral granted to the Lender. Interest is charged subject to an all-in floor of 3.75% and the facility contains a letter of credit sublimit of $10.0 million equivalent. No drawdowns have been made on the facility as of 31 December 2022. As at 31 December 2022, letters of credit totalling $5.1 million (30 June 2022: $4.7 million) have been provided in relation to lease agreements, which reduce the balance available to draw. As at 31 December 2022, $19.9 million (30 June 2022: $20.3 million) is available to draw on the facility.RCF ExtensionOn 11 January 2023 the RCF agreement with Silicon Valley Bank has been extended to have an expiry on 30 June 2023. All other terms and conditions (see note 17) remain unchanged. The company is currently considering the proposals from a number of financial institutions to increase the amount of the facility before the end of the agreement with Silicon Valley Bank.

BANKS LICKING THEIR LIPS. SVB will be supported By US government and sold off. Its only a certain sector like some parts of Tech with many major banks waiting to Takeover and reap the rewards from the many Tech companies who are doing well.

Future bright.

Because the US controlling London ensure all our decent
stocks are bought on the cheap by the US or rubbished.

The US hates the UK and the sooner the UK people and
government realise this the better.

Of those that have found their way onto the London Stock Exchange in recent years, it’s hard to think of one that hasn’t been a flop in some form.

There’s Cambridge darling Darktrace, whose float in 2021 was seen as a major coup for a City seeking to lure more high-growth tech startups after Brexit but is now fighting accusations, which it has denied, from a short-seller of flawed accounting and activities that artificially inflate a company’s reported sales. There are concerns too about its business model and culture.
