On the 1st of February, Poppy Gustafsson bought around 48k shares on-market at roughly UK£2.25 per share. This transaction amounted to 1.1% of their direct individual holding at the time of the trade.
In the last 3 months, there was an even bigger purchase from another insider worth UK£146k.

...By the way, they have a free float of a 150 odd million shares of which 25% are being considered for share buyback yet 10% of the free float are being shorted and thats only those that are currently being declared to the market so are you sure its as you expect!

No but the two months of share buybacks and reduction in the main short protagonist do and when my target is hit i’ll sell and sit on the sidelines. It’s about making money mate and whilst this buyback is in motion the pressure on the share price is up. So don’t come over here with your same old w@nk because we’re not interested ;)

Not that interested in the Nasdaq or general market for now just fascinating to see what shorts will do on DARK over next month or so with this buy order daily gathering speed. I expect this pattern to be repeated next week and the week after and after that. During this period what price can we expect the share price to achieve and at what point do the shorts, that are not in it for the long haul, cut their losses?

Shall ponder my recent short term share purchase exit price over the weekend. £2.50, or maybe even £3, perhaps to not be greedy in the middle at £2.75, either way I don’t actually think the wider market impacts this share whilst the buy back programme is continuing ;)

I am long
Only minimal amount in greater scheme of things

But in this market it is a shorters dream scenario

Very little in the way of bulwarks to hold off any sustained attack by determined shorters and they know it

So just be careful out there don t get to carried away

From what I am seeing phantom prices are put up but when you try to hit either to sell or buy they are no longer there

If you are going in do be aware
