Darktrace will report its half year results for the six months ending 31 December 2022 on Wednesday 8 March 2023. Darktrace does not expect to be in a position to provide an update on the review at that time. Darktrace will report the key findings of the E&Y review once it is complete. Darktrace reiterates the guidance given in its trading update of 11 January 2023.

The trust are buying to lessen the impact of MLs wider familys selling so I very much doubt its with regards to the impending results and whilst its US peers are seeing a significant slowdown in growth yet you still expect Darktrace to go beyond the call of duty hehe!

...Seriously Albert, you like to provide your wise old thoughts to the masses through your radio channel with that other 'Goon' but get with the fu_ckin program hey!

...And there should be a clear label of 'Tread with utmost Caution' with all your utter garbage, so I sincerely hope thats clearly understood.

So the Trust shares put a nice amount of them Into sticky hands, the buybacks shrink the float as the shares are cancelled, the trust are buying ahead of results. Quint have totally closed their short, this leaves WACE )currently under water on their short which is 1.07% of the company and £19.71m) trying to closed short positions on a smaller float, each day it shrinks... The price crashed here when the released results suggesting weak $/£ which was on a absolute low when they published results October.. The results are to December, how ever, on the last appointment, you'll see they re-iterate the update early this year.., so in my opinion, much more will push this up than down... WACE have messed up here.

This one relates to the Trust:Purchases under the EBT Market Purchase Programme are for a maximum aggregate consideration of GBP25 million (inclusive of brokerage and dealing charges). The EBT Market Purchase Programme will complete on or before 30 April 2023, unless extended by Darktrace (subject to applicable law). Shares purchased under the EBT Market Purchase Programme will be used to satisfy existing, planned and anticipated options and awards under Darktrace's employee share schemes, or as otherwise permissible within the terms of the EBT trust deed.
