01/2/2023 11:52 | halfpenny give up, you're getting boring how many companies do you short or do you just post for the sake of posting so many shares you are doom and gloom on | timmy11
01/2/2023 11:49 | Yes, Dark are still at High Risk so expect more negative issues as Customers walk away. Get ready as 200 will be tested again as more bad news flow. It must be terrible for the staff who are probably fleeing away from the Dark.. looking for the light.. TOO RISKY at these levels! QCM are Digging Deeper into the DARK Tunnel..Twitter.. “We are preparing a complete response with a thorough list of follow up questions for Darktrace's management. Such list will also be forwarded to Darktrace's auditors, regulators and other investigative bodies, along with our initial report. “ | halfpenny

01/2/2023 10:15 | Hello DARKness my old friend.... | the chairman elect
01/2/2023 09:37 | I haven’t got an issue with shorts, but I do get bored of the bashing brigade who head over to bbs just to post when they have no material interest in the share and they haven’t posted on the board in question before (it’s very transparent). I can’t imagine if they’re paid it amounts to much and either way is such an odd way to spend your time. Each to their own I guess 🤷🏼 These buy backs will certainly put the downside risk at a minimum for some time, 5% of float effectively and then not returning to market means smaller float for shorts to buy back later. So if you’re short you need to think how sure am I, as the share price upside is still unknown but the downside risk to the share price is now less pronounced whilst the 35m shares are being taken off the market. 01/2/2023 09:36 | Sceptical, There are already 70 pages of questions awaiting answers - What will come of this? Time will tell but I'm confident nothing good for those who are holding or jumping in on what they see as a once in a lifetime buying opportunity, particularly with QCM's cannon already primed & loaded for the second broadside. Incoming!! Keep your heads down, boys! 8:00 am · 1 Feb 2023 Quintessential Capital Management @QCMFunds We are preparing a complete response with a thorough list of follow up questions for Darktrace's management. 01/2/2023 09:30 | Just bought in having had Darktrace on my watchlist since launch. One for the bottom drawer. I hate bleeding shorters especially American hedge funds. May they perish at the hands of the market. | wheeze
01/2/2023 09:21 | That is all they need to say dimwit. Anything more wld imply questions.Nothing will come of this imo but it will be worth buying in when these are 20-30% lower. | scepticalinvestor
01/2/2023 09:13 | Especially after reading this hopeless& totally inadequate first response. They would have been better served saying nothing. Darktrace plc ("Darktrace") (DARK.L), a global leader in cyber security AI, notes that Quintessential Capital Management, which recently announced a 0.86% short position, has today published a report in relation to Darktrace. In response, Darktrace comments: "We have never been contacted by the authors of this report for information . As a UK listed business, our management team and Board take our fiduciary responsibilities very seriously and have full confidence in our accounting practices and the integrity of our independently audited financial statements. We have rigorous controls in place across our business to ensure we comply fully with IFRS accounting standards. We're proud of the business we have built, which today helps to protect over 8,100 customers around the world from cyber disruption." | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
01/2/2023 09:10 | Must be a screaming BUY then at these crazy share price levels! | the chairman elect
01/2/2023 09:03 | Under the Twitter link it’s worth reading some responses. Some negative re Dark and some positive both from people who use them. I suspect the sales tactics are fairy common practice in the industry so it will come down to how good their software is at the end of the day. Interesting times, but i’ll be a heavy buyer between £1.50-2. As i said yesterday I haven’t got an issue with shorters and in some circumstances they can create opportunity for the patient LT holders who are not after a quick buck short term. | crosswires
01/2/2023 08:09 | AgreeHold it ff until shorting stops and it has bottomed below 2 | zam1
01/2/2023 07:47 | Gone through the short report and seems to be a rehash of previous allegations. It is going to be detrimental to the mkt cap tho, so will be holding off buying until these scum get the price down further | scepticalinvestor
