03/2/2023 19:58 | That’s officially hilarious 😂 I almost feel sorry for those shorts for next week | crosswires
03/2/2023 18:59 | Dear dear me QCM reducing their short. This company has lotsa cash. Maybe they forgot that. By any chance - could they have got it wrong? LOL | plunger2
03/2/2023 16:52 | Until next week when surely £2.50 will fall, been a very interesting week! | crosswires
03/2/2023 16:13 | Not that interested in the Nasdaq or general market for now just fascinating to see what shorts will do on DARK over next month or so with this buy order daily gathering speed. I expect this pattern to be repeated next week and the week after and after that. During this period what price can we expect the share price to achieve and at what point do the shorts, that are not in it for the long haul, cut their losses? Shall ponder my recent short term share purchase exit price over the weekend. £2.50, or maybe even £3, perhaps to not be greedy in the middle at £2.75, either way I don’t actually think the wider market impacts this share whilst the buy back programme is continuing ;) | crosswires
03/2/2023 15:56 | Followed my own hindsight Squared up Will let the shorters do what they do and look again Monday Good luck everyone | jubberjim
03/2/2023 15:46 | Buy back vs shortersFun to watchif drops below 2 I will consider a buy | zam1
03/2/2023 14:20 | I am long Only minimal amount in greater scheme of things But in this market it is a shorters dream scenario Very little in the way of bulwarks to hold off any sustained attack by determined shorters and they know it So just be careful out there don t get to carried away From what I am seeing phantom prices are put up but when you try to hit either to sell or buy they are no longer there If you are going in do be aware Take care | jubberjim
03/2/2023 14:00 | LOL 'ere comes KUNTA KINTA | the chairman elect
03/2/2023 13:34 | Are the 'Rampers' actually deluded here?...US tech Markets rising near 20% in less than a month is completely abnormal and doesn't bode well for the future folks! | one_frankel
03/2/2023 11:12 | Excellent battle and fascinating to watch | crosswires
03/2/2023 09:14 | I would assume £2.50 is nailed on over the next week, then it’s a question of wider market conditions and if some larger shorts close? The latter would see a much quicker rise with £3 possible imo whilst this buy programme runs. | crosswires
03/2/2023 09:09 | Glad I bought some of these now ... wish I'd had bought more but even I thought we'd see under 200p :D | g2theary
03/2/2023 08:39 | Good article by the FT, short sellers “swing and miss” according to Numis. A balanced view from the FT with points from both sides but inescapable is the fact that for the next several weeks at least the buying programme will carry on supporting the price upward, if I was a pure short (ie not a hedge fund who will also have a long interest) I would get out now and wait for the programme to finish its £75m before shorting again… | crosswires
03/2/2023 08:37 | Section 4, penultimate paragraph. Back to the subject of structural trickery, like the premium placing mentioned earlier, the importance of directors buys also should be discounted. Look carefully at the amount of money they are investing compared to the amount of money they are taking out of the company each year and the number of shares they already own. Rather than signalling confidence, smaller purchases indicate the opposite, since they are clearly contrived and being done solely for promotional purposes. | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
02/2/2023 21:23 | A near 20% rise on the Nasdaq is less than a month is abnormal and akin to the traits of a market crash! | one_frankel
02/2/2023 21:21 | Not the best time to be increasing a short bearing in mind the upswing on the stock market today I don't know what was behind it but will be looking to extract the utmost advantage Any one know what was behind it My belief was and is that the interest rate rise will cause more pain to those struggling to get by as it is Anyone able to clarify reasons. It is beyond me. Good luck all | jubberjim
02/2/2023 18:27 | A nice little £100k investment from Poppy - I've taken an extra (ableit measley) 4k in total this week, cheapest being @205. We really cannot thank QCM enough for this one-off opportunity! A rare gift.. ;-) | drk1
02/2/2023 18:20 | It shows much confidence that her buy is less than her last purchase for more at a higher share price but then factor in her sells overtime and its seems rather ominous of where they see Darktrace ultimately heading...But I'm sure it's the signal you were expecting! | one_frankel
02/2/2023 18:16 | No RNS on advfn yet but it was issued at 5pm. Another up day tomorrow then ;) | crosswires
02/2/2023 18:14 | Poppy G just purchased a nice chunk today, RNS to drop soon, she must have some confidence as you would hope. Especially interesting as she has done so just over a month before earnings when those earnings are critical considering this short attack. Hmm nice signal. No idea what you wrote Frankel as you are now filtered. I’ve seen these short attacks many times and they can end up going both ways, their hit rate is about 50% at best bit like tossing a coin. My reading on this one is there’s money to be made back up to £3, especially now the Nasdaq is finding strength. Each to their own anyways ;) | longtallsally
02/2/2023 17:27 | I will but lets hope its not too much of a surprise for you hey! | one_frankel
02/2/2023 16:01 | Keep telling yourself that pal | longtallsally |
