Ahh brilliant, Crosswires states be thankful of the opportunity in Darktrace but before you do folks consider the unrelenting demise in IQE throughout the following years after Shadowfalls infamous report and itje share price still continues to dither albeit five years later!

Bear in mind this is the SECOND such scathing damnation of Dark. The first some 12 months ago came from 2 Analysts from Peel if my memory is correct.

No Smoke without Fire is a tried and tested formula.

The short report is written by someone who has not been educated, scan it for a 5 minutes and it will be clearly evident. Remember this is written by someone who is not informed and has no clue what is going on.

Question is why would QCM alledge wrongdoing unless they had proof. The FCA would be all over QCM for market manipulation if there wasn't some truth to their claims. Scary times, glad I bailed at 220 this morning....

Quintessential Capital Management are a boiler room operation with less than ten employees and a mantra that even cites "shareholder activism". as been key to their strategy. Has anyone even bothered to check out their less than impressive website? Anyone heedng their analysis needs their head examining! What an opportunity to buy!

I wonder why!!! It’s a disaster and yes suspend shares and sort out the mess, provide clarity as the knife gets sharper.

Should fall further once US market opens as they don’t like a scandal!!

It isnt really a report ....it is merely a list of floating thoughts inside someone's head with no firm detail or depth to back up the list of ideas given....and no firm legally binding allegation

No major company would feel the need to reply in any depth

thanks halfpenny, i had been monitoring Dark as in real growth sector/bid target but saw Q report and turned seller. No doubt company will respond and may bounce however i'm hearing it won't last long!!!Rather be short...happy to share

Weak response ?? it is an admission of sorts that somethings may have been wrong.

Nothing but trouble ahead now. This should be suspended and check the LYNCH SHARE HOLDING, Have they been selling shed loads ??

A very Weak responce to the QCM report leaving a number of areas of Doubt.
Dark should have highlighted the areas they dispute instead left themselves open to further falls.
Yes 200 is current support level for technical trading but the RNS doesn’t give you any faith in this Falling Sword.

It’s still a mess now getting worse !!

Expect at least another round or 2 of exchanges between the hedge fund and Management. Possibly even a legal case or 2 over the next few weeks. Short attacks always last a good while. Weak response from Dark imho.

Falling knife, imo the bottom will be nearer to 150 than 200.
