of course it will effect it. The UK price is directly linked to the US price. As the delisting draws closer, people will dump the US ADS stock which will then directly affect the price of the UK stock.

You've even implied it yourself, by the comment that the share price has dropped drastically on just 50k sells.... well now you know why... the UK price is determined by the US price...and thats what has happened.

I think Danka is going bust, they have just so much debt and they
cannot even make a profit thesedays.

Or maybe a D4E swap where shareholders get nothing.

Beware of chancer though, he's jumt a pump and dumper so dont
believe any of the garbage he writes.

The Company will file an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 25 to voluntarily delist its ADSs from the Nasdaq Capital Market. The delisting becomes effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed. The Form 25 is expected to be filed on or about December 7, 2007.

I expect a little "price action" will occur in the final days of the Nasdaq listing.

Just being in oversold territory....the last results were encouraging and I have looked at the trades from the 10p fall...nothing over 50K in sells.

What are you hoping will make it bounce back up strongly from these lows?

Just bought 25K + 10K at 3.25p...my trades have gone through PLUS. So hard to buy in size online. 150K buy has come through which is the largest trade in ages....the price has fallen from 10p on very small sells. An almighty gamble but could bounce back up strongly from these lows. DYOR as always.

Nasdaq withdrawal implications - not much. Probably wider spreads, less volatility and less likely that anyone will take a punt (but few buyers anyway).

London primary listing remains and so does the value of the UK tax losses.

They have until Feb 2008 to get the price back above $1.

Even if they don't the nasdaq can still choose not to delist them. This is pretty irelevant as far as canceling the UK listing.

What I want to know is if they choose not to be listed in the UK but remain listed in the US (either Nas of otherwise).

Then what happens to the UK shares?

i bought in and out of dnk some years ago at a loss. sorry to see them trading like this.

dnk will certainly be delisted from nasdaq but will simply re-list on a US equivalent to the aim/ plus markets. the difference being that the lesser markets are less regulated and the stocks in them are deemed higher risk by the institutions and therefore they will invest in them with greater caution

That's not going to happen until at least Feb 08 and may not even happen.

I'm talking about the delisting of the UK shares - not the US ADR's

The ADS's are already expected to be de-listed.

Danka Business Systems PLC said its American Depositary Shares are under threat of being delisted from Nasdaq after it received notification from the stock exchange that its shares had closed below the minimum bid price of 1 usd for the past 30 days.

Any ideas what happens to your holding if the UK de-lists?

I would assume they are just converted to ADR's

The shares will be delisted in London???. Source please?

I expect them to lose their Nasdaq listing but remain listed in London.
