17/10/2007 10:41 | The London office closes in a few weeks time. The shares will be delisted in London. Will there be any point in keeping these shares at all?. It's a dilemma for those of us who have let optimism rule over common sense over the last few years. | rabbrooks
08/10/2007 16:38 | latifs100 - "pls tell me they not going bust" Can't do that. It seems the most likely outcome. Declining revenue, no more assets to sell and a debt burden that remains too high for the remaining business to support. There are only 3 possible outcomes: 1. A competitor buys them up (probably talk exclusively to the lenders and give the shareholders little or nothing) 2. Debt for equity swap - existing shareholders end up owning little of the restructured company. 3. They go bust - shareholders get nothing. Get out while you can.... | lowtrawler

28/6/2007 15:10 | Nice pick up above 14. Danka Business Systems PLC 28 June 2007 For Immediate Release 28 June 2007 Danka Business Systems PLC ("Danka" or "the Company") Danka Named First National U.S. Distributor of HP Edgeline Colour Printers Breakthrough Printing Technology Offers SMBs High-Quality, High-Volume Colour Prints at Significantly Lower Cost Danka Business Systems PLC (LSE: DKN; NASDAQ: DANKY), one of the largest independent suppliers of office business solutions in the United States, underscored its sector leadership today with the announcement it has been selected as the initial national distributor of HP's new line of advanced colour multifunction printers (MFPs) with Edgeline Technology. Danka believes Edgeline Technology, when coupled with Danka's highly-rated service and digital support, will enhance office-imaging productivity by enabling business customers to migrate from black and white as well as colour devices to a single platform that offers both colour and black and white printing with a lower total cost of ownership. The new HP CM8060/CM8050 Colour MFPs with Edgeline Technology work by passing paper underneath a stationary print head to produce a high-quality image. This increases the speed of colour printing by distributing ink across paper in one pass, while producing superior colour depth and image. "We are pleased that HP has selected Danka as the first national distributor of its innovative, Edgeline Technology printers," said A.D. Frazier, chairman and chief executive officer, Danka. "This demonstrates the confidence HP has in Danka's world-class sales, service and business engineering capabilities. It also speaks to our unique ability to build strong relationships with IT decision-makers, who are playing an increasingly critical role in the office-solutions decision-making process." "Today's mid-market customers need a complete printing workflow solution that helps them save money and improve productivity," said Scott Anderson, vice president, imaging and printing channels, North America, HP. "Danka offers HP the right service and sales coverage, technical knowledge, and a proven track record interfacing with customers nationwide in the mid-market space." Danka has provided extensive, organization-wide training on the new Edgeline Technology products and is currently rolling out this new offering to 55 markets across the United States. - ends - For further information please contact: Danka Business Systems PLC Cheley Howes, Danka Investor Relations +1 727 622 2760 Louis Kritzinger, Danka London 0207 605 0150 Weber Shandwick Financial Georgia Dempsey 0207 067 0749 About Danka Business Systems PLC Danka is one of the nation's largest independent providers of office systems solutions. 21/6/2007 00:12 | Sound advice geenngg. It all depends on the next set of results and any insider buying. If this happens it could soar to $3 to $4 over a few weeks. Am in this company since 02 @ $1.40 and have bought and sold on the drastic up and down swings. Buffet has always said you should invest for a 5 to 7 year timespan to achieve maximum profit. This is the 11th hour imo and could be a major turning point up or down depending........... | ejplynch
20/6/2007 17:12 | GO to :- There is a lot more going on there - some quite informed and obviously some idiots too! I think the D4E threat has gone away for a while. All depends on the latest figures due Friday. Then if AD Frazier buys any - LOAD UP! | geng
