The Short Interest in DANKY (the US equivalent to DNK, except 1 x DANKY = 4 x DNK) increased slightly to 15th Mar; see:

These figures are updated towards the end of each month.

Despite the bashing on the Yahoo board, claiming that DANKY is in imminent danger of bankruptcy, if the " word were out there", I would have expected the Short Interest to increase rapidly. It is nearing a 1-yr peak, but I don't read anything significant into that. I've purely been watching the volume. DANKY tends to drift lower when volume is low, and then recover lost ground quickly when the volume picks up.

I based my buy on Friday on a pick up in volume. DANKY closed at $1.20 in the US. That's equiv to 15.2p; based on $1.20 divide 4 (1 DANKY = 4 DNK) divide by 1.97 ($ exchange rate).

BlackPerl,

Looks like you are just quoting a poster on Yahoo called momentumman2002.

He's a well known basher who in my experience turns up and bashes around the bottom of most drops.

Also the average daily volume until today was tiny. So the "sell off" can't be that big. Then as soon as we get some reasonable volume the price rises. I'm with Zedder. closed my short and gone long at 13.5p. Could have got 13p at one point.

With regards to debt for equity, this may take some doing with the institutions holding around 30%, long term insiders and PI's probably holding around another 30% it may be hard to do voluntarily. Although I'm not sure how much force the Cypres bond holders can apply.

Would be good to see AD Frazier buying

BlackPerl, obviously your post concerned me, is the situation the same and how do you check? Looked to me like the volume was 3x normal today, although dont know split of buys/sells.

Zedds, appreciate your thoughts to :>)

Maybe the bankers are ready to withdraw facilities. This could be a wipe out for us or is there anyone with either knowledge or confidence on the BB board?

Is there anyone out there with any knowledge of current situation. Is the previous month's chief exec still employed. The turnover in main executives does not give any confidence to anyone.

It wasn't loss-making. The US ops have been the achilles heel for a long time but in that respect they also represent a big opportunity.

Got to be good news for US though to get shot of the loss making arm. Should be seen as positive
