Chancer, I think that is it for the Uk buyer today. We have to wait till american buyer to come in in the afternoon. If they dont want to buy, the share price will fall. But, from the 1 month daily candlestick chart, the sellers nearly done. I hope tomorrow or this afternoon, there are more buyers.

zedder - that is irrelevant as you well know with the ADR's due to be de-listed. Someone's just spent 10K on buying stock...I think I'll listen to them!

1 DANKY ADR = 4 DNK shares
Mid at US close last night = $0.1575
Exchange rate = 2.0496
Historically UK price has generally matched US equivalent, although the UK will probably take the lead once DANKY de-lists from NASDAQ

Based on the above, the UK price should = 1.92p

Assuming there are more ADRs that will be sold (highly likely), this will drive the US price down further. It might be worth watching to buy if it has one final dip before the de-listing, and it may then recover once the UK market takes the lead on the share price. However, DNK is very high risk at present.

I'll leave it to you, it wont be long and you can see for yourself. chancer will sell once he has pumped these for all their worth, and before she hits the target price she will be telling you (she wont want you selling before her cos it would hurt her profits if it deflated the price!!).

She will then move on, and all the thickos on here will follow her again (cos they never learn) and help her ramp a price again. It is priceless.

To Chancer: I only traded these stock shares for half year, not much experience. But I learned from it: first, trust yourself. second, save your energy and no need to argue with those 'idiots' (I will listen to their opinion).

First of all, i am not chancer. I only have one usename in all the bbs. secondly, pls do yourself a favour and dont laugh others too early! Time will tell! If the share price is down to a position i cannot bear, I bear the loss and I buy the lesson.

Exactly because the price has only fallen from the 10 pence levels because of the ADR's de-listing. Its been sellers galore on the ADR's for the past two weeks and hence the LSE listing price has fallen as the price is correlated to that of the ADR's. And it hasn't been selling galore on the ADR's because the company has come out with bad news but they are forced sellers with the de-listing imminent.

Another bottom sign today: 305K in buys vs 386k in sells on NASDAQ. Over the last week there has been about 700K in sells so sells are naturally drying up which allows the ADRs to stabalise at their current levels and which will also mean that Danka's share price will stabalise and bottom out at these levels. I don't why there were buyers out today on NASDAQ...maybe in anticipation of some dead cat bounce on their listing.
