28/3/2005 16:45 | Zedder have been following DNK for some time and here is what i see the chart is doing i feel it could eithere bounce from here or go down to around 15p before bouncing, What can you tell me about the company at the momentis it in good health and have thay had results yet Newts / Andonise Here is a chart on DNK and what i see is it could well bounce from here as we have 2 waves the same length but i feel it could fall further to 15p ish as shown below . 23/3/2005 18:22 | too late for today but look to the usa for guidance. It is well down (almost at $1.50) which will mean 20p is tested in the UK tomorrow (as a bid price). UPDATE: some positive exchange movements mean that the USA closed at 20.5p mid. If this position is maintained when the USA opens today, we can expect the UK bid price to fall below 20p. You can currently achieve a 20.4p bid and this looks to be very generous, possibly indicating that UK Market Makers are short of stock. | ![]() lowtrawler
23/3/2005 08:24 | what is your prediction for today lowtrawler? | ![]() threejays
22/3/2005 10:28 | threejays Not really, there have been no sells in the uk (only thinly traded) and wouldn't expect a fall until the first sells start to come through. The 20.85p is factually accurate, but there is always a small price difference between the UK and USA (usually with the UK being lower). | ![]() lowtrawler

21/3/2005 23:24 | It's fallen to 20.85p equivalent in the US so expect a drop tomorrow morning. As I've said before - reckon 20p is about fair value but could go much lower due to over-correction in the market. Will consider making a speculative purchase around 17p. | ![]() lowtrawler

18/3/2005 17:46 | danka try to increase revenue, how? without major contract, they can't! By Dan Neel May 08, 2002 THE DOCUMENT ARM of Big Blue, IBM PSD (printing systems division), on Wednesday made a pact with software firm StreamServe to help customers better control the cost of business communications. | wham2003

17/3/2005 08:59 | The reason for high share prices in the past has been belief in the jam tomorrow stories. The current management have lost credibility and after 5 years telling the market that everything will be rosy in 2 years time, nobody believes them anymore. To justify even the current share price, they need to sustain after interest and tax profits of around £25m p.a. 12 months ago, you would have considered that level of profitability a bare minimum target. However, at the 9 month results, they posted a cumulative £18m loss (if you include the interest accruing on preference shares and exclude an exceptional gain). So, to justify the current share price, they need to improve profitability from (roundly) £20m loss to £25m profit and do so in a sustainable fashion. Even a 1p share price would require sustainable profitability of about £20m. Iin other words, there is now little prospect of DNK being able to survive on it's own. It is insolvent and needs a white knight to take it over. There are plenty of knights out there, will any charge? | ![]() lowtrawler
16/3/2005 20:22 | Jotohal1 Although the value is -£195m it has been much worse (minus that is) and yet the price has been over 80p. Is that manipulation or what ! The big question is Why are the US institutions accumulating ? | ![]() geng
16/3/2005 20:15 | It won't take much of an increase in revenue and this will take off big time. The problem is revenue just keeps deceasing - it must bottom at some point this is still a $Billion turnover company and they are cash generating and aiming to pay off debt. Must admit I got the bottom well wrong and bought from 40p+ all the way down to now. The last few years there has been a rise from Nov onwards and it just didn't, happen this year - it Fell! As Zedder (on the other thread) said the curious thing is the US institutions now hold more than they have for years - almost 30% | ![]() geng

16/3/2005 16:14 | I think the secret with this now will be to watch for a recovery of the share price in the US. I'll be waiting for it to hold $2+ for at least 3 trading days. If it can do that I do believe it will then recover back up through $3. It is intersting to note that through all this the Institutional Holdings in the US have been creeping up. Figures to 31st Dec now show this at 29%; the highest for 3 years as best as I can remember. | ![]() zedder
16/3/2005 09:32 | Market cap ....£60m balance sheet as of today...negative equity -£195m real value ...anyones guess! | ![]() jotoha1
16/3/2005 09:17 | but when it swings??? According to my notes this company has the lowest price to sales ratio on the market. You can buy something like £700million of turnover for £60m. Still think it has a tad further to fall before I buy. | ![]() hybrasil

16/3/2005 08:55 | hybrasil - in between the 3rd (my post) and the 16th (your post today), I successfully traded a long and subsequently sold. Now watching for a further fall before buying again. jotoha - 8p may be a tad too pessimistic, time will tell. | ![]() millionaire
