Jag dnk first £2 taking me up

i think it is important that it now consolidates in the us over $3.06 atleast for a day or two to form some sort of a base, but who knows if similar vol as yesterday it may just fly again today.

note two points:
the filing was in respect to the 15th February and represented Cypress' then holding of 23% of DNK. It primarily reports the addition of shareholding in respect to shares issued as dividend (as has occurred since Feb 2000)

Non-Exec Singleton has served as a non-executive director since December 1999, and also serves as Vice Chairman of The Cypress Group LLC.

Danka and Cypress have been close since then as Cypress Group LLC, a US based private equity group had an agreement to subscribe for US$200 million senior convertible participating preference shares (about 21% of the shares at that time) in Danka Business Systems plc. see

in the detail of this SEC filing it should be noted that "on February 5, 2002, Mr. Singleton purchased 100 American Depositary Shares of the Company for a purchase price of $2.59 per share in cash and an aggregate purchase price of $259.00 and 9,900 American Depositary Shares of the Company for a purchase price of $2.789 per share in cash and an aggregate purchase price of $27,611.10."
[edit2] that takes his holding up 25% to 40,000, as was reported on an RNS 6Feb
This in UK RNS parlance is "Director Buying". Make whatever you normally do so of such activity!
