18/3/2002 10:54 | this stock has done very well recently. technically, it has traced a w formation and reached a resistance level of 50p. the next decisive stage would be to break through this resistance level. there are 3 investment strategies: - agressive, invest now for the maximum profit potential should the stock perform according to bullish expectations, of breaking the current resistance level. - mild, wait for the stock to break through the 50p level decisively and then invest. - wait for the stock to break through the 50p level but not invest until the stock has traced down again and rebound from the 50p level. or, for those with abundunt amounts of cah, invest a proportion of your capital at each stage. | ![]() melfaraj

17/3/2002 20:51 | Interesting post from USA Yahoo also copied onto iii I ALSO AGREE WITH IT'S SENTIMENT The Market is Never Wrong??? by: bullrallystocks Long-Term Sentiment: Strong Buy 03/16/02 05:31 pm Msg: 22091 of 22095 mhbarnum, For the past few years, the Market justifiably had forsight to predict Danka would be forced into Bankruptcy. Or just flat-out go out of business. The date it was all going to happen was April 1, 2002. Last year a new Management team and CEO take over and pulled the trigger on every option avalible to them. They hit a home run. 1)Danka Completes Sale Of Danka Services International Division To Pitney Bowes INC. For $290 Million Cash. 2)Closing Of 200 million dollar Bond Exchange Offer. 3) Refinance with Senior Credit Facility at a much more friendly interest rate. This all happened in ONE DAY Friday, June 29, 2001 787200&class=view Two weeks later on Monday, August 13, 2001 Independent Auditors removed this ongoing concern statement from Dankas record. "raised substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern" 675201&class=view That was Danka's unofficial Turnaround date. This was when the investment community found out: Danka Was going to be a Survivor. Danka was Not going Bankrupt. Danka was Not going out of Business. Danka Can return to Profitablity. Four weeks later: After Market recovery from September 11th Smart Shorts started covering. The market determined Danka was undervalued. Share price started a rough but steady UPTREND. Insiders started buying early November. Insiders are still buying. The Market is finding out. The Market is Re-evaluating a new Fair Market Value for Danka that will be closer to its peer group. P/E ratio in the 20+ range for starters. The main thing that can move a share price is volume. We do Not have much volume, so it will take a while to reach Fair Market Value. Look at another bright side for all of us. We should have a nice steady Uptrend well into the summer 2002. This Trend is our Friend.BRS mhbarnum, the market had the odds on their side when they ran the share price from $50.00 to .28 cents. Danka Honerably Proved us all wrong. Now WE the Market need to do the Honerable thing and Restore Danka's Fair Market Value. APRIL 1st will be a Monday. A fitting day for a MONSTER RALLY!!! 15/3/2002 09:23 | It,s a good job the Americans are more bullish than us over here as for some reason we have had loads more sells than buys over the last couple of days and it's started that way again today. If we could keep the buying momentum this side of the pond then the northerly price would move more steadily. We are suffering from lower volumes and nervous profit taking when really we should at the very least hold if not buy more - all indications are still set for a further rise, once above $3 IMHO it will rise sharply. However, a profit taking day over the pond would no doubt send panic through a good many weak willed punters and start another dip before recovery which it surely will. Anyway that's my opinion and I,m defineately holding so DYOR guys and good Luck see you at $4 in a few weeks. p.s. Is Holti still around, perhaps he should speak to his friend again to get any update. | ![]() pistonbroke1
