Knowing danka it will be marked up accordingly - say 38p or so. a continuation of volume is required in uk to have knock-on effect,if any, in usa. danka has a history of falling away after a few of strong trade and waiting for next set of results. i dont see anything different this time round unless there is a significant news release between now and next results. volume is up in usa but institutional holdings are down from 23.1% to 21.9% as of today per msn. if volume starts to wane i would suggest that short term traders get out before usa opening tomorrow as this baby could move sideways for quite a while. i know as im in this stock since jan 02 at 22p - an even stronger support level than 33p.

UK mid price now equiv to $2.40 in the US. Can't see it opening over there at this price so I'm expecting the price to fall back at around 2-30pm. However, the amount of buying in the UK today may give the US the confidence that the bottom has been called for now.

agree with some of what you say .....there is a short play just around the corner...if i dont see 30p on the bid the MMs can keep it..

You may be right but I have a hunch the bottom has been seen on these for a while yet. Providing the volumes that we have seen stateside for the last week or so, can be sustained, DNK will move up from here as a 45% decline in share price since the reported loss seems a bit heavy. Could be short covering from here as the momentum play has turned the other way now. The pressure is off IMHO.

jeeeez.... you lot got sucked into dnk this morning with it's filthy rip off spread.

more downside yet, you WILL see 30p on the bid, not sure what the offer will be at the time! but with dnk rip off MMs i guess 3/4p.

the reward is not good enough to have a play with these yet...hope you have got lots of cash the MMs are waiting for you...........;-)
