30/5/2003 11:45 | SP I use Schwab and TD. Sc is expensive but good execution compare to TD. TD is good price only £9 to deal. | thunders
30/5/2003 10:33 | thunders Who do you use across the pond to trade? | serious punter
30/5/2003 10:29 | I got out of uk share and stay with ADR. It is fun in US market then uk market. I make more money in US then in UK. I don`t know why? Guess i can sense USmarket sentiment better then UK. Since last todays DANKY is up more then 25% in US. Iwaited and waited here now Isold it who cares | thunders
30/5/2003 08:00 | Mornin All DANKY past its 1st critical test IMHO yesterday ending a paltry 1c down on a volume of 3.3 million. Probably move just a tad across the pond today as well - consolidation before the push through $5 | serious punter
29/5/2003 17:36 | SP, The buy action in the US seems to be much more controlled today. Whoever is doing it (assuming it is 1 Big buyer), having had their pedal to the metal for 2 days, they keep lifting off today to give the retail holders plenty of opportunity to 'bottle it' and sell out. I am not surprised that there is a lot of resistance up to the 52 week high of just over $5, but I do think it will be overcome. | zedder
29/5/2003 17:01 | Shares are being bought at $4.80 and above in the US as I type. Hopefully it will blow through $5 later today. If it does then to my mind it will be a definite hold, although I know some that got in recently will be thinking of taking profits if it goes through the 52 week high. However, if it does, the way it will have got there will have been much different to last time. The volume has been HUGE the last few days. As I have said before, if it can hold above $5 for the necessary number of days (90?), DANKY will then move from the NASDAQ Small Cap to the NASDAQ National Market. If this happened it would then appear firmly on the radar of many other US Funds and I could see it moving on and up through $7 pretty quickly. | zedder
29/5/2003 16:22 | Thanks share price Looks like MM have to raise the price tommorow. Heavy buying again today in US. | thunders
29/5/2003 15:54 | Thunders Worry ye not. The MMs with Danka (see earlier post), play all sorts of tricks. They're not really looking at UK trading when the US opens and they get jittery coz DNK moves up & down fast. They knocked it back because US dropped 10c - now back up currently as I post $4.71/72 with GMST putting a floor in @ $4.68 of just uder 100k - this moves up or down as the price oscilates, but protection is in there against a sudden drop. Vol 1.167mill | serious punter
29/5/2003 15:46 | Good start in US but people here got scared!!!! I wonder Why??? | thunders

29/5/2003 14:09 | This one is going to fly today. Yesterday rise on Nasdaq was supprted with heavy volumes so I have no doubt this one is going to fly. Ia lso bought some adr, my gut feeling is that this will break $5 SOON ON NASDAQ | thunders
29/5/2003 13:51 | Afternoon All Looks like another positive day across the pond. L2 is currently in backwardation bid $4.80 offer $4.75 - premarket 10,900 (I assume buys last trade 5k @ $4.75). | serious punter

29/5/2003 10:20 | We moan about Blair being Bush's poodle. This morning's none-action on this stock shows just how Pond-dependant we all are! However, seems to me that's a good thing with stocks (no comment re wars, politics etc) because the narrower spreads over there at least create some lively risk-taking, and when the story's good I think we get proportionately more benefit here than we would if we were just playing a UK-only stock after positive results. 29/5/2003 09:18 | What is ratio between ADR and price here? | thunders
29/5/2003 08:38 | Thunders MMs over here hedge their position because DNK is governed by DANKY across the pond. Many on this board have seen it shoot up like yesterday and crash down by 20p over here because of the septics ( it then bounced back on the same day - cost me a few bob). It's all part of the fun riding the Danka rollercoaster express. I wouldn't ride it though without L2 realtime across the pond. | serious punter
29/5/2003 08:31 | I was first one to buy 500 then nothing happened even it went 19% in us no movement here. Why??? | thunders
29/5/2003 08:27 | MM gets the first win: sweated out a holder. Bad move cos holders had the advantage ... | jayno |
